Check your billing, this hotel is super susceptible to scams. I made a reservation I never got a confirmation for, they couldn’t find reservation when I called to confirm, but then charged me for an entire stay saying someone with my ID checked in. Nope. AND they didn’t run a card for whoever that might have been, but manually keyed it from that reservation they said they couldn’t find. Then called me a liar.
Here for Twins Day Weekend again this year. What a wonderful place to stay for this event. I can’t say enough about Natalie at the front desk - she is a positive and beautiful person!! Kelly is the nicest bar maid and so friendly! - so is her son. Tim keeps the pool and the surrounding areas looking awesome. These three employees need a raise and a bonus!!! ❤️❤️
Mother’s Day brunch was ok . Maybe because we got there at 1 everything was just warm not very hot. But it was still good time and service
Here for the twins festival and it was absolutely amazing
We had a wonderful dinner her for my wife's birthday in Jan. The food and service was amazing! Definitely a very warm ambiance in the room and extremely relaxing- a true gem in Aurora!
Food was good help was Pleasant prices were a little bit high
Sad that this place isn't busier. Very nice atmosphere and decent menu selections. It is attached to the Bertram Conference Center and Hotel but open to the public.
The groves near the hotel are covered in wild blackberries in July/August. Enjoy!
The wings are delicious, but a little pricey
Bar closed early on Saturday night.

Excellent food and service. Pleasant atmosphere.
Impeccable food & service!
An older hotel that does the job. The rooms are REALLY dark, even with all the lights on!
The wifi didn't work in our room and the hallways are creepy! So dark and poorly lit. We walked past the same food tray in the hallway a few doors down for 2 days straight!
always a go to nice night out. been there probably 50 plus times over the years. Paws also a great every day spot. service is excellent and food is special. having dined in some of the worlds best restaurants from SF to Key West i have had some of the best meals right here. strong wine list and great cocktails. makes you want to dress up a bit to enjoy this fine restaurant. Paws is totally casual. they know how to cook a steak well done without being dry too! If you have the slightest trouble ask to see Derrick and he will make it right....great even on a slow Sunday night in winter!
