Bar and sushi staff were fantastic. My Old Fashioned and wife's Martini were great, definitely worth the reasonable price. The Red White and Blue sushi roll and miso soup were top notch. First night staying at the Bertram and absolutely thrilled to go back again.
For a hotel restaurant Paws is very good. Service may be a tad slow at times, but the food is pretty consistent. Try the bacon wrapped filet or the clambake if it is still on the menu. The chicken from the clambake is amazing.

Somewhat disappointing. 18 years ago we were married at this facility, so obviously I want to continue loving all aspects of it. The food is still great, the service is lacking. A server glued to her phone, another asked if we needed anything, we replied that we were ready for the check and still waited over 15 minutes for yet a third waiter to ask as we were putting on our coats, if we were ready for the check.
