I ordered online during thanksgiving and their power went out so most of the online orders were missing. There was over 10+ people waiting for food. Lobby was full, people were irritated. Chaotic. Jenna(?) I believe was her name, took it upon herself to start writing down names, orders and quickly get people their food. She was doing amazing!! In a high stress situation where it would be understandable to drop everything and walk out, she did amazing and took care of the situation...

The crew and management are always great here and the food is usually perfect. Plenty of parking and the grounds are clean and well kept. Interior of the restaurant looked spotless on casual observation.
I'd give it 5 stars but the stalls in the men's room were in need of cleaning though the rest of the bathroom was very clean.

My Husband and I are over the road truck drivers, we have never ate at a Bob Evans as where we are from the desert South West. We parked overnight at the pilot, walked over to the nearby Bob Evans. I'm hooked amazing service, the food was out of this world, great prices!
