“Arrived at 6:37pm seen a friend so went to say hi, lady asked if I was joining them I said no we will be sitting by ourselves and ordering. My friend left 5 minutes later, the lady asked if we would like a drink, she brings them out. A few minutes after that the other girl brought us someone else's order, I told her that wasn't ours we have yet to order, she was like oh and took it to the right people. At least another 10 mins later she came back and asked if we were ready to order, I told her we had been for awhile. She then stared at us blankly and I told her what my granddaughter wanted(grilled cheese and french fries), my husband told her what he wanted(three hot dogs with chili mustard and onions and french fries), and then I told her what I wanted(med chili cheese fry). She never wrote anything down and she came back twice to check what we said. She brought out 2 of his hot dogs and my fries with only cheese. I told her that was wrong, he wanted 3 and fries and mine was chili cheese fries. She brought another hot dog for him and had chili put on my fries. My granddaughter's food still didn't arrive. Finally like 4 minutes after that fiasco my granddaughter's grilled cheese and fries came out but my husband NEVER got his french fries. When we finally finished up we sat there for a while because they never asked us anything or if we wanted to check. By that point my husband and granddaughter got up and moved because she was getting antsy(she's 3½) And they still didn't bring me the check. Finally my husband raised his voice and asked for the check and a box. That was the worst service I have received anywhere. And I wasn't the only one that had that problem there's was a couple that sat down right after us that had the same issues. Took forever for them to have someone check on them for ordering and their food was still messed up and she had to be told so that it can be fixed. They checked on them numerous times throughout their time there while we were ignored. I don't think I'll ever go back to that establishment again because that was ridiculous and them ladies were talking about us leaning up against the window leading into the kitchen and I know they were because they were looking dead at me. They were to busy talking instead of taking care of people properly.“

“It's a dump of a place and there's no public restroom, but the dogs are great, the service is good and it's filling and inexpensive. I wish so much they had something in Pittsburgh! Youngstown is spoiled with all these hot dog shops!“
