Nothing but a bunch of incompetent employees that can not read an order ticket or get anything correct. So sad these new people drove this place into the ground!
Arrived at 6:37pm seen a friend so went to say hi, lady asked if I was joining them I said no we will be sitting by ourselves and ordering. My friend left 5 minutes later, the lady asked if we would like a drink, she brings them out. A few minutes after that the other girl brought us someone else's order, I told her that wasn't ours we have yet to order, she was like oh and took it to the right people. Two girls working take out counter and waiting tables. They were more concerned with waiting tables than getting together the take out orders together for the front counter. We also pay for our food and tip!

The Hot Dog Shoppe - Jib Jab is a novelty and fun place to take the kids. The food is usually good, and the hot dogs were amazing. The chicken tenders and French fries are enjoyable, and the cherry pop is still the same, cold and refreshing. The servers are pleasant and sweet, with workers offering a smile and kind greeting. Service is fast and efficient, and the food is overall delicious. However, the prices have gone way up, and there is no consistency in the quality of the food. The fries had way too much sauce (chili) and almost no other toppings. Despite a busy Saturday lunch rush, the food was out quickly, hot, and tasted like it did years ago.
