Love the cook they got in there my salmon comes out 10/10 everytime and the service is always amazing. Recently an my waiter took it upon herself to give us a discount and another was so attentive and kept the drinks coming. Drove from New Castle Pa. Because service at we had the new castle one . We were denied the coupon we had . Called this restaurant. The people are nice and we had such great service. Hands down to Josh rebeca . Adam & Karen.
We went out for dinner on Sunday 24 of march. There was 5 of us my two kids my grand son my wife and I . My wife had a hair in her food . We told our waiter all he said was ok , he could not refill our drinks. He acted like he was on drug or something, could not pay attention. We had to repeat that we had two separate orders. And he still got it wrong. We have no problem tipping we tip big but that night how were treated I used cash and gave in .40 cents of my left over chanced he didn’t deserve…. We weren’t the only one in that plays that he was making mad….. Austintown Ohio Ruby Tuesdays if I ever eat there again if that guy is working me and my family are going somewhere else!!!!!

Today the service was horrible, we were seated at 3:25pm no one gave us silverware ,didn't even come over and asked us if we wanted something to drink, completely ignored until 3:53, they finally come over took our orderbrought us our drinks and food and still no silverware, I had to tell the guy we needed something to eat with. Poor service

The food was pretty good. The really tall guy who served us just seemed off. He absolutely did not connect with our table at all. One time when he was walking by our table towards another table he made a growling noise like he was upset with them. He was a little off putting.

Steve's Ribeye was 1/4 inch thick and very RARE. He ordered MED. rare. It was cold had NO SEAR. The ribs still had the silver skin on the bones. Not hapy. My meal ust OK. But the worst was the waitress. She was actng as tho she'd been hiiting the bong or tokin on a fatty.Slow speaking, repeating every word (most of which had nothing to do with our meal or service). Seemed like she was looking for a friend (who didn't care if their food got there or the check or take out boxes) just constant chatter, even while we were trying to eat. It was the worst experience of semi-service we have had. Her name is Michelle.I had to ask another wsitress to get her to come back about the steak. Then the hostess for the check & boxes. Michell finally brought the check & started to chatter & I restrained myself from being rude and said, get the boxes and we'll get this figured out. And had to repeat it to get her to get the he double LL out of our faces. Such a strange & stressed meal.We also had to stop her from using a COLD plate from the salad bar to put the part of Steve's meal that was edible on so he could eat it while it was still warm.Just saying. She was a nightmare.
