I would have loved to give this place more stars, however service was horrible. The waitress we had never checked on until our meals came out and never saw we were all out of drinks the 5 of us. The kitchen runner saw we needed refills but our waitress never did, we had to ask hey can we get refills after waiting over 25 minutes. She checked in on her other tables but not us. I've been going to RT for quite some time and have to say they have up their game. Cleaner dining area, great garden bar and good menu. They could get better on service but is not that bad. Better atmosphere than many other chain restaurants.

The Austintown location is not desirable. The staff are friendly but the cleanliness and quality of food has gone down. Also, the women's restroom was pretty disgusting. It smelled like sewer and you could smell it at the bar.
