I went in about 20 minutes before close to speak with a manager and the doors were locked, a few employees saw me and walked into the back to avoid me, I had also been calling for about 10 minutes before that, honestly just frustrated because I just waned to work something out on an online order

The food is good. But the service here is EXTREMELY SLOW. There is also always a weird smell in this building sort of like vinegar mixed with something.

Arrived at 6:20pm on Friday Nov 8. Was worried coming here on Friday night but was pleasantly surprised by only a 2/3 full dining area. We had 3 adults and 2 small children in our group. Our order was 2 burgers, a kids mac and cheese, and traditional wings. Thank goodness for the trivia on the TVs for the wait with the kids would have been horrible. Nevertheless they were wondering “where dinner was” as so were we. When it did arrive and we all started eating we all asked each other who got the hot food. Which of us had the hot meal as to make the rest of us suffer with cold food. No one did. All of our food was cold. Mind you Alexis (I think) our server was awol most of the time we were there. And when she did walk by it was without eye contact. By the time we were eating the Cleveland Cavaliers game was on a single TV, far from where we were seated, but we did have a perfect view of the I believe the POR vs MIN game. I did ask if a TV closer to us could be switched to the Cavs with the overused “I got you” as a response. Well she didn’t get me or us. No changing of any channels happened. We finally got our bill at 8:12pm, almost 2 hours after arrival but that wasn’t it. Again our server was gone so we finally tracked down a person vacuuming to see if he could take our bill. He couldn’t apparently, had to track down our server who took another few minutes to run the card etc with us finally leaving past 8:30. Yes, 2 hours plus to simply eat at a BW3. Not like we drinking, hanging with buddies. This was just a simple family meal (gone south).

Been sitting here for an hour and 11 minutes and still have not been served. Only 4 tables have guests. 5 tables have not been cleared since I have been here.

While im sitting at the booth i notice the lady went to every table around me to ask them would they like to play the trivia game. Not one time she stop my table or even explain how the game works. I ask my waiter regarding the game and he really didnt know but when he ask his manager , the instruct him to tell me to go up to the lady and let her know i was inquiry about the game. 1 thing i needed to know why should i get up out my seat when she was literally right next to my table asking the family and explaining to them how the game work and then just walk away. Its all about the principle. By the way my waiter was nice.

The Avon location is great, clean, and always good service. The food was great. But where are all the people?!!! It was, for the most part, always a decent crowd, but not the last couple of times we've been there and kind of sad. I hope it was just a coincidence and not a sign of closure in the future. Either way, I can't go wrong.
Service was fantastic, food cooked perfect, great Guardians game on. Kyleigh our server was amazing! Will come back to this Avon Lake location again....and again.

I've never seen soooo mant tvs in one place before!! We went for the all you can eat wings. It was $20 & it was hard to eat a lot of boneless wings! Kylie was our server & she was phenomenal! We'll definitely ask for her when we go again! Their hamburgers are unbelievably great! I had the mushroom Swiss! My favorite in the wings was the honey mustard which isn't listed in the menu, but was amazing!
