It’s Buffalo Wild Wings. You know what you’re getting. This location is better than a lot of the other ones, though. One particular bartender is not very good at his job. All the others have been at least decent.

Great food and atmosphere. Been trying to get my family to go here on a weekly basis but they complain that it takes too long for the wings to come out. I tell them perfection takes time. If the people eating at the restaurant could have orders prioritize over the online orders that be great so we do t have to wait an 45 min to an hour to get those delicious wings!

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while but really needs to be said. Orders are never ready for pickup. I have tried showing up 20 minutes after estimates and still wait another 20. When you walk in, nobody greets you. You awkwardly stand at the front and look around and wait. Maybe I should get one star for being silly enough to keep giving this place my money. I’m writing this review as I wait and an employee just told the 6th person in a row that their order isn’t ready. Hire some folks who care. Fix your workflow. Horribly run location.

I ordered a burger lunch special with a side of fries and an extra side of fries cuz they usually do t give you a lot but this is getting out of hand, an extra side of fries is $5 and I'm getting less than half a box of overcooked fries

The hostess needs to be less loud when talking about customers. She was salivating over three tall guys that came in and said “they’re so cute, I want them” in ear shot of other customers. Extremely unprofessional behavior. The person handling the food for take out also is very unprofessional. Observed throwing orders in the bags and then heavily tossing them at the takeout rack.
It is definitely not as good as it was when it was newer. Service is good and good food just not great. I miss the original bw's

I went in about 20 minutes before close to speak with a manager and the doors were locked, a few employees saw me and walked into the back to avoid me, I had also been calling for about 10 minutes before that, honestly just frustrated because I just waned to work something out on an online order
