Will NEVER revisit this location again . I visit the other day had a tone of rewards that I accumulated with previous orders took my two little girls to eat thinking we would be able to use the rewards for our payment for our food ( which we was able too )but supposly my number wasn't being found in their system the manager Jack was very grumpy , and had no type of customer service told me he could not do anything about it after looking at my phone three times verify my number was right and that the rewards was on my account ( WHICH IT WAS ) I even got on the phone and contacted customer service they had no problem locating my account and also verifying the rewards was on my account . Jack with no sort of apology or accommodation he made me pay for all the food or basically going to call the law! Never again will I visit this location again. It's sick to know even a manager running a multi million restaurant would have that less of professionalism or curiosity for his customers!

Extremely overpriced, portions were poor, and overall dissatisfied. $60 out the door for a lunch that consisted of 12 wings, a burger, and two iced teas between me and my wife. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a BW3 and I can promise you it’ll be even longer before I’m back.

Did a pick up order. Restaurant clearly lied about when the food was ready because at least 10-12 people were also waiting for food. Waited over an hour for food. Canceled order. For the record I do not place this blame on the host/hostess or kitchen staff.

The wings here are hardly sauced, and three of my 20 were suspiciously hard. This location has gone downhill sadly.

Boneless wings (flats) with Buffalo dry rub. The best. And the beer is ice cold!

I made an online order 12/26/23 and it did not show up in their system. Until they update their system, they receive a two star rating.

Great selection of TVs but that's where it ends. Server was not thrilled to be there. Took a long time for food to come out. We ordered two side salads and shared the sampler. We assumed the salads would come out first and we were hoping since we were so hungry. Unfortunately it all came together, which was about 25 minutes. The salads were nice and some of the sample items were good like the mozzarella sticks. The teriyaki on the boneless wings was super salty and I didn't love the honey mustard side... It was too Dijon-ie. But the onion rings were delish & the chicken nachos were ok & decently loaded. Kitchen could be faster & server more aware. Bathrooms were in good shape.

Wings were extremely well prepared, crispy, juicy and, as per order, not dripping with sauce. Onion rings were some of the best I've had. Service was congenial and prompt. My only gripe: the cost. Fifteen traditional wings were $22.50 or about $1.50 per. A lot. Ten onion rings, about half of a large onion, cost $6.50, 65 cents per. Also a lot. The topper, however, was that I asked the server for blue cheese, both for the wings and rings. She brought four little cups of the condiment. I used maybe two. When the bill came, I discovered I was charged $1.50 per little cup, $6 for dressing!!! I should have taken the time to ask the manager is he charged for mustard or ketchup or dressing on salads. To sum up: Fifteen wings, 10 rings, and a beer w/tip got me to over $40. Too much.

What has happened to this franchise? My wife's beer was flat. The chips and salsa was as bad as I've ever had. It all tasted store.bought. I had a chicken sandwich that I could not finish. At first I thought it was the pickles so I took them off. The taste was just so off. The server was Nicole. She did a great job.I thought it was just the North Olmsted location that had really lost it's way but I was wrong. Sadly we won't be going to any BW3s anymore.
