This happened a few months ago but wanted to share! I had promised my kids a visit and realized walking in that they were about 15 minutes from closing. I assured the staff that we would oder and leave. They encouraged us to sit and take our time even while they tidied up for the day. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture and SO appreciated with small kids who were just excited to pop in for a treat.

The service here is a bit rude, but coffee is good. Owner (or manager) was pushy to get pictures of everything people ordered. The cups were cute and it’s fast service. Small area, but many places to sit.

I’ll be the first to admit, I might be a little biased, but this coffee shop truly is something special. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that’s been poured into every detail.
The food & drinks are consistently amazing - fresh, thoughtfully crafted, and clearly made with intention. I truly love everything, but my absolute favorites are the lox toast, veggie toast or blueberry toast as well as the house or Mediterranean salads. If you can ever get your hands on the blueberry lemon cheesecake, don't ask questions - just do yourself a favor and order it! Every drink so far has been scrumptious, I legit try a new one each time I'm there, usually made by Emilie with love & her homemade syrups <3
What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community they’ve built. It’s more than just a coffee shop - it’s a space where people connect, feel comfortable, and truly belong. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident - it’s a reflection of the incredible people behind it.
I couldn’t be more proud of my sister and my mom for creating such a beautiful, welcoming place. They’ve built something truly meaningful. If you haven’t visited yet, you’re missing out on something really special!

The other day I had a small issue but the whole staff went above & beyond to address my concern & they are just always so friendly & accommodating! This exceptional customer service experience reminded me that I really need to give them their “flowers” & leave a 5 star review bc they really care about their customers. Lovely atmosphere, fresh made delicious food, incredible coffee obviously! Wonderful customer service! 10/10 can not wait to keep coming back!

Very cute place! the toast and coffee is great appreciate the gluten free options! The only thing I’ve noticed is that the last two times I’ve gone to just get toast to go it’s taken over 20 minutes to get which I understand being busy but just a bummer bc I’d love to be able to quickly grab this before work / on weekends but just has taken awhile. I’ll stick to coming in when I’m not in rush because it’s truly great!

I have been going here for coffee and donuts nearly every Saturday morning since they opened. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The lattes are not only the best in Avon Lake, but the best I've had in the greater Cleveland area. My only complaint is that I can't have the winter spice latte year round.

This place is the best! Plenty of bigger tables for groups and business meetings. The food is of good quality and many options of salads, toasts, and bowels. The coffee is never bitter and there are fun seasonal options. I highly recommend giving them a try!
