This McDs is busy, so the food is usually hot and fresh. Unfortunately, they employ 14 year olds and have very angry managers to oversee them. That makes for very poor customer service and having to endure screaming matches behind the counter. I suspect they think the drive-thru windows are soundproof or something. Only other issue is that I have personally witnessed management threaten and name call employees for calling out sick (even with a doctor's note confirming covid)....

Ordered an iced caramel mochiatto, waited 12 minutes and got a hot mochiatto. :/ they gotta be stupid, deaf, or just lazy, cause the person who took our order confirmed with me twice that I wanted cold. No real grudge just kinda pissed.. will probably still go here again though.
