Suuuuuper slow drive through. I ordered a potato cake, waited for 5 mins just to order at the window. Waited behind the car at the window 2 mins, waited at the window before she even came to it with all her face piercings for another 3 mins, now i am waiting out back. Completely unacceptable.

Its an Arby's... unfortunately you only get what you get. It truly depends on the staff. I find when you go to an arby's in a rural area, you'll get much better service then, when you are in a larger city. County kids just seem to be better at everything.

Why can't you teach your employees to get orders correct? The receipt is attached to the bag, take 3 seconds to make sure everything is inside and seal it!
The sandwiches are thrown together like a million people are in line. Why even bother wrapping it, never fully wrapped. Causes everything to get cold.
They never give you sauces for whatever reason. Its right there, put it in the bag. Again, teach your employees better!
It's fast food...don't expect anything great, usually dry, no sauce or cheese on the sandwich or it's half off. Quality anymore has gone out the window.
You get everything, look in the bag and surprise...they didn't give you most your order. But they did take time to attach a receipt and try to seal it.

Alright, so I just had a beef and cheddar, and it wasn't great, to be honest. The bun was kind of dry, and the meat was a little tough, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. That cheddar sauce was also a bit sad, barely coating anything and lacking any real flavor. Honestly, I've had better gas station sandwiches.

I came to this establishment for my grandmother and got treated with little to no manners from the employees. In the middle of me ordering I was cut off and told the total and told to pull forward. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time we got to the window. The worker was shoving stuff into my hands to where my hands were being pushed back at me. After pulling away from the window I look in the bag and the cheese cup has no lid on it. Not only that but I received 2 napkins that already had cheese on them. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I used the drive through, asked for a Beef & Cheddar, Diet Coke, Curly Fries w/cheese and Horsey Sauce. Didn't get the Horsey Sauce. This seems to be a recurring event as this has happened a few times before.
We went through the drive thru, and the service was professional and fast. Our meals were hot and delicious! Thank you!

I went to arby's in Avon Ohio. Normally I enjoy their food. Today I ordered 2 roast beef and 2 classic chicken sandwiches. One of the Chicken sandwiches barely had any meat. One small piece of overcooked chicken that didn't even cover half the sandwich check picture. The other chicken sandwich had 2 small pieces of overcooked chicken. I was really disappointed. Definitely think twice about going there again.
