Bartender forgot to put in part of our order. After 30 minutes we asked her about the orde. She apologized, but gave an implausible reason. Before she left to put in the order for a second time, she asked us if we wanted blue cheese or ranch. I took that as “I’ll get some sauce for your wings that I forgot” as an I’m sort. Instead I was charged an extra $1.50 for the very small side of bleu cheese. Pickles were good. Chips were overcooked.

Kimmy was swamped on a Saturday but made sure to address every single person at the bar and at the tables. Wonderful beers, delicious smelling food (I didn't eat), and a very homey feeling for the holidays. Swing by and pick up a freshly canned beer to take home straight from the tap. Coming back for dinner some day

WOW. First time at Avon Lake Brewing Company. It did NOT disappoint.Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Our server was so friendly and helpful. She gave us not only incredible service, but phenomenal recommendations on our food and drinks. Not a single thing we didn’t love. Will definitely be one of our regular spots.

Would never return. Customer service sure has gone down the drains. Pretty bad when you go to a restaurant and can't get a simple cheese substitution on a chicken wrap. Waitress said it wasn't a problem, but then they wait until they brought the food out to tell us they couldn't do a cheese substitution. The owner who is apparently the chef wouldn't come out and talk to us either. Couldn't do a cheese substitution for food allergies reasons but break health code violations by allowing 3 young kids to enter a food establishment without their shirts on. We payed our bill too so nothing free was given to us.

Avon Brewing Company is the real deal. Our softball family recommended it and it delivered. Beers were outstanding, even the IPAs, which I normally don't like. And the food was great. The pretzel is awesome and they had "bacon wrapped, Doritos crusted mozzarella cheese" which is a crazy good combination. And the most important part is the staff was outstanding and family friendly. Thanks for the recommendation softball fam.

This place is awesome. Gives a real local feel to the city. Exactly what I want in a bar. Manager came out and greeted us to check on how things were. Could not have been nicer. Excellent beer too!
