Very pricey for just your run-of-the-mill bagel sandwich. It's really no better quality than Subway. So if your expectations aren't any higher than Subway, you'll be fine. Both the person I was with and I asked for our bagels to be toasted. They were merely warmed up. The dining room is nicer though, however the beverage station was a bit messy.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on ground level with no stairs so easily accessible by wheelchair.

The Employees are rude. I was ignored the whole time as my pick up sat behind the counter. When I finally got someones attention they were not very pleasant. This is the second instant with two separate staff the were rude for my pick up orders.

I placed a Door Dash order and the store forgot my sandwich. Door Dash wasn't helpful (per usual) and the only option was a refund. So annoying when you're hungry just trying to get lunch. The manager Alex took things into her hands and sent an employee to my house with the sandwich and a few goodies as an apology. It was one of the nicest things a restaurant has done for me. Alex took a bad situation and turned it into a positive. Give that girl a raise!
I came in for the first time today and ordered my toasted bagel to have very light cream cheese and light jelly. As I was standing there waiting for my order there was a gentleman there doing a pick up for an online order. They told him it was being worked on, but I’m not sure he heard them and he asked if the bag that was sitting in front of him and they said no yours has been worked on, the younger lady with dark hair, then proceeded to tell the customer in front of her. We already told him somebody was working on it. That was very bad customer service, and very bad for business. On top of what I overheard there cream cheese on, and the jelly was coming out the sides. An addition to me not wanting an excessive amount of cream cheese and jelly. It made it extremely hard to eat something as simple as a bagel on the go. I won’t be back.

I have found the best bagels in Cleveland! I stopped at Barry Bagels on Center Ridge this morning and had a spinach and feta bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was excellent and I will definitely be back!

I've tried a few different types of bagels from here. None of them have any flavor. They're very bland. The farmers sandwich with ham is really good. But again..the bagel had no flavor. I got an onion bagel the first time. The second time I got an Asiago bagel. Both times, also ordered a blueberry bagel. None had any flavor. The strawberry cream cheese is good though! Also, a 25 minute wait when I ordered online both times and I only ordered two things today.

The bagel is close to NYC which a lot in Avon Ohio . They were not stingy with the cream cheese like so many other places.
