Really clean restaurant with excellent food and modern aesthetic. The only problem I had to the slightest was that the staff was a bit quite asking what I wanted when ordering. Bibibop is a great restaurant though and completely gluten free celiac safe. Service dog said it was safe.

I totally forgot to write a review but I just remembered ! I came in on Saturday 9/6 , and I loved my experience ! It was my first time coming into this location and the manager was amazing ! She had glasses and gold earrings but she was so kind and she really knows what she’s talking about when describing the menu and what she recommends, I got pretty much everything that she suggested and it turned out to be amazing ! I also did sit in the dinning room and she asked me how I liked my food and her smile after I told her it was amazing was remarkable! I will be returning and I will hopefully see her again !

Came in for the first time in a while and it was probably my worst experience yet. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, the Middle Eastern looking lady taking my order had an attitude, the food line was filthy, she had no gloves on, tables were sticky, trash was overfilled, and it seemed like the workers were there to fool around rather than to work. I for sure won’t be coming back.

This was my first time eating at this particular location. I am plant-based and wanted tofu for my protein. However, half of the tofu that was left was burnt. There was no miso soup. And three of the four lemonade fountains were empty. I believe they may have been short staffed on the day that I ate there. They did try to rectify the burnt tofu by making a fresh batch. Thanks for that. The customer service was very good. I can appreciate people who do their best to get the job done.

This place might be a walking health code violation just witnessed the person serving food also take money that's not the issue The issue is that they did not change out their gloves and that is a huge health code no no

Nothing negative to say except went on father’s day. They had 2 staff working !!! Place was slammed packed. Line out the door. They need a raise! They were cooking and waiting on people. I felt a manager should’ve been here to help.

When this location first opened, everything was wonderful and I was a fairly regular customer. I’m not sure what happened between then and now but wow has the service and attitude changed. My most recent visit, I got bowls for myself and my wife and on not one but both bowls, we received an underwhelming scoop of the Korean beef, I can’t say a half scoop but pretty darn close and when I questioned that, I got a pretty snarky response back to the effect of: “That’ll be double meat”. I didn’t want double meat, I just wanted my single meat scoop. I effectively had a bowl of veggies and a shade over a half scoop of meat. Sadly, this wasn’t the first time this has happened either. Again, not sure what has changed over here and I really don’t know why I keep coming back, Westlake is really not that far down the road. Anyway, at least the miso soup is included 🤷🏼♂️🥣🫤
