When this location first opened, everything was wonderful and I was a fairly regular customer. I’m not sure what happened between then and now but wow has the service and attitude changed. My most recent visit, I got bowls for myself and my wife and on not one but both bowls, we received an underwhelming scoop of the Korean beef, I can’t say a half scoop but pretty darn close and when I questioned that, I got a pretty snarky response back to the effect of: “That’ll be double meat”. I didn’t want double meat, I just wanted my single meat scoop. I effectively had a bowl of veggies and a shade over a half scoop of meat. Sadly, this wasn’t the first time this has happened either. Again, not sure what has changed over here and I really don’t know why I keep coming back, Westlake is really not that far down the road. Anyway, at least the miso soup is included 🤷🏼♂️🥣🫤

First off, they must have changed the menu of the topping which sucks now. Then while standing in line they ran out of noddles,l and chicken, so everyone had to wait while they made new food which should have been done before they ran out of food. Took 40 mins to to get out food in the store. Will not be back

Bold move to take away most of the items that made this place enjoyable. I won’t be back.

I used to love Bibibop. I love the topping options and the side of Miso soup, perfect for winter. BUT this week I came across Bibibop changing their menu????? Lime rice??? Chickpeas??? What happened to the bean sprouts and the kale, red cabbage?? Is Bibibop now Indian? I want the Korean taste back.

We ordered our food through the app. We got there at 6:20 our food said ready at 6:30. We didn’t get our food until 7:10 because they had no staff working on mobile orders,only walk ins. There is no organization or teamwork going on here. Then when we did get our order. It was wrong.
Delicious, good for you food! One of the few restaurants in the area that is affordable and not completely awful for your body! Highly recommend as a chipotle alternative! 5/5

Order a small bowl and the guy wasn't very friendly and was all around wasn't paying attention to what I was ordering and barely filled it with anything I asked for! It should be mandatory for a dress code you can't have hickies showing! Shame on the Management!

We ordered a bowl online for pick up. The bowl was a quarter of the way full. Grossly under the normal amount. Maybe a quarter cup of purple rice, 4 pieces of chicken it was eaten in around 5 bites. It was for a 10 year old she ate it and we made another dinner. Not worth it.
