They were so nice and helpful. I received a wrong order from Uber eats and I came back in they checked all my Uber eats information then reported it to Uber eats and then re made my order . They were very kind and apologetic and just good healthy happy environment . The food was amazing as well 10/10 I would recommend to any and everyone to come enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Going down hill. Way better food at Moes and Chipotle and sure as heck not as exspesive. Never again.
Went here for lunch today to try somewhere new. I got the Papi Hibachi burrito. It was okay but not nearly as good as Chipotle and double the price ($15.50 for my burrito!). The guy with me got a vegetarian bowl and they charged him extra for peppers and onions and it was over $10. Low quality food for a premium price so I won’t be back. The whole restaurant also reeked of frying oil. It got so bad that we had to leave.

I've been to the Broadview Heights Location, and their food is great! I got the same thing tonight in Avon and it was just OK. Seems like their Chipotle Crema sauce here is super watery and made a real mess. The girl who wrapped my burrito didn't wrap it right and it made a real mess all over the place. Very sloppy. Plus the portioning of the ingredients was kinda bad, and a lot of stuff was cold. Too much cheese and watery sauce and not enough rice, beans, meat, stuff like that. This location could do better. It's got potential for improvement.
