8 cars in front of me. Two left. I've been watching the clock sitting here. It's taking 3 minutes per car and most of it is sitting waiting for the worker to even ask for the order. Scratch that, the car in front of me it took 5 to get their order and in currently still waiting. This is aweful

I’m got an impossible burger, well, that’s what I ordered. Got home and they didn’t put the impossible burger on it, so I had a bun with some crappy veggies. How do you forget to put the freakin burger in the sandwich? Waste of money .

The restaurant is FILTHY. Tables weren't wiped, floors slippery, door glass hasnt been cleaned & handles greasy, frozen Fanta slushy machine broken. Food was cold. The person taking order was rude.

I literally don't even know where to begin.. I ordered a duo, a bacon cheeseburger and a whopper Jr, a small fry, and a kids meal.
The fries were cold and old, gross. They gave me a whopper (with the tomatoes and pickles I took off of the two cheeseburgers I actually ordered) and didn't give my daughter's sprite either. I went inside and no one was even close to the counter. The guy that was waiting at the counter before me might still be standing there! It's no wonder the place is always empty when I drive by. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. The app offered ten dollars as a credit but I don't ever want to go back there again. Will be calling tomorrow, because clearly no one was managing the place tonight.
Yikes all around. Avoid this place at all costs. Seriously!

Poor quality food, when I tried to call Manager no answer so I went in. After voicing my complaint found zero empathy only defensive hostile attitude from management. Looked around while complaining & noticed all employees where of Mexican decent. Horrible experience after 20 + years of patronage. Will never go back.
Food was hot fresh and tasted great, workers were not mean but random alarms go off a lot but they turn off after a min or so overall was great and will come again
