Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

This particular Charley's Cheesesteaks (Avon) is BY FAR the best place we've gone to in this area for getting a Delicious, Fresh & Extremely Well Made sandwich !
Along with Great Service 😋
I did not expect much, and I've never stopped at this particular (new) store before, but, based on the friendly, fast service, and super quality of our food ( We got Cheesesteaks; Philly & Classic, Fries, and strawberry & chocolate milkshakes) we're already talking about going back.

I'm not quite sure how the Avon location is still open, with no people in the store, no cars in the drive-thru, and I'm waiting, waiting.... as they tell me to please hold, I just don't understand why there is any type of wait and there's no cars in line, it happens every time I pull up to this place. This is how you lose customers.

I tried to use my 10$ in points that I will now be losing because they did not put it towards my order and my sandwich wasn’t even on the bread. If I wanted to build my own sandwich I would’ve went to subway ! If I could add a picture I would just to show how poorly made the food was

I didn't go in to the restaurant. I went through the drive through. The food was so good. The sammich I got, the Philly, was on point. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.

Went to Charleys in Avon, and the server I think her name was Rachel, was always smiling I loved the food it came so fast. 5 stars would recommend

Drove to Avon to go to Cabellas and decided to go to Charlie’s Cheesesteaks. Food was amazing. Service was good. No complaints. Will definitely eat here again in the future

Order was canceled, yet I did not receive a refund. When I went to the location everyone seemed to not have an answer but instead gave me a 1800 number to call. Still missing my money and received no food.

First time here. Definitely would come back. The tables are very clean and the bathrooms spotless. Food was awesome, especially the French fries.
