I tried to use my 10$ in points that I will now be losing because they did not put it towards my order and my sandwich wasn’t even on the bread. If I wanted to build my own sandwich I would’ve went to subway ! If I could add a picture I would just to show how poorly made the food was

I didn't go in to the restaurant. I went through the drive through. The food was so good. The sammich I got, the Philly, was on point. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.

Went to Charleys in Avon, and the server I think her name was Rachel, was always smiling I loved the food it came so fast. 5 stars would recommend

Drove to Avon to go to Cabellas and decided to go to Charlie’s Cheesesteaks. Food was amazing. Service was good. No complaints. Will definitely eat here again in the future

Order was canceled, yet I did not receive a refund. When I went to the location everyone seemed to not have an answer but instead gave me a 1800 number to call. Still missing my money and received no food.

$18 for meat, cheese, a stale roll, and some undercooked fries. My sandwich had one piece of onion and was mostly bread.
I'm not looking for Michelin star food at a cheesesteak place, but I actually feel ripped off.

Why have curbside if you are just leaving the food on the counter in the restaurant?!? After 10 minutes waiting my husband went in to check on the order and it was just sitting there.

All one star because the order taker couldnt speak clearly and ending up charging me the wrong price than I politely walked to let him know the order was wrong based off the receipt and wanted to charge more over his mistake … I will never go there again ! 2nd and last time going there.
