Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

$18 for meat, cheese, a stale roll, and some undercooked fries. My sandwich had one piece of onion and was mostly bread.
I'm not looking for Michelin star food at a cheesesteak place, but I actually feel ripped off.

Why have curbside if you are just leaving the food on the counter in the restaurant?!? After 10 minutes waiting my husband went in to check on the order and it was just sitting there.

All one star because the order taker couldnt speak clearly and ending up charging me the wrong price than I politely walked to let him know the order was wrong based off the receipt and wanted to charge more over his mistake … I will never go there again ! 2nd and last time going there.

Asked for the special in the drive through, it wasn’t busy at all. Came home to realize there were no fries and they just charged me for the sandwich. They don’t seem to get why that is a problem.

Don’t order the small sandwich. Portions are a rip off. I would have just ordered the regular size without fries if I knew they would short me. I won’t be back.

Worst store they have. Awful service and good lord don’t go in and order you have to ask someone to acknowledge you. They can’t handle much at all. I don’t think the manager even knows English. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time and

We went this afternoon for the first time and really enjoyed it! I didn't catch his name but the guy who took our order was great. The lemonade tastes just like the kind you get from the county fair and the cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. ? My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it! I got a classic Philly cheesesteak that to me was perfect. Bread was soft, meat wasn't over salted like other places, enough juice that the meat wasn't dry but also didn’t make the bread soggy. Oh and the ultimate fries were soo good! Will go back again!

First time visit for take out. Placed order and waited 20 minutes to be told that our order was given to someone else by mistake . Waited another almost 10 minutes for the right order to come out with only a sorry about that from the cashier. Not looking for free food, but the place was not that busy that this should have happened!! I can understand if this was a steak dinner or fancy meal but this is fast food!! Won’t be going back. Terrible customer service!!
