“We went this afternoon for the first time and really enjoyed it! I didn't catch his name but the guy who took our order was great. The lemonade tastes just like the kind you get from the county fair and the cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. ? My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it! I got a classic Philly cheesesteak that to me was perfect. Bread was soft, meat wasn't over salted like other places, enough juice that the meat wasn't dry but also didn’t make the bread soggy. Oh and the ultimate fries were soo good! Will go back again!“

“We came here yesterday for the first time and it was by far the best chicken and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! We also tried the sweet potato and they gave me a sample of the chili which were both very good. I’m super excited to try the other sides in the future. The employees all exuded a good energy and made you feel welcomed which doesn’t always happen when you are out to eat. Overall it was a 10/10 experience!!“

“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“Stopped in for wings. The place wasn't very visually appealing. However, the wings were great. We go them to go as I see most people do. They have tables but are more for while you wait. Wait time wasn't bad, ran an errand, came back, and it was ready to go! Friendly staff as well!“

“I heard yesterday that Uncle Al’s was under new management, so I decided I would try it again to see if it was different. One good thing I should note is that this Uncle Al’s offers it’s own delivery service, along with door dash, where as the old Uncle Al’s forced customers to use door dash ONLY if they desired delivery. I got a family sized pizza with banana peppers and pepperoni, a large cheesy bread, and an order of boneless buffalo wings. Everything was good with no complaints. The price was reasonable and the size of the pizzas was quite large. If you like your pizza to be cheesy, you will certainly not be disappointed. The default amount of cheese here is equal to what you might get if you ordered extra cheese at some other pizza parlors. Lastly, they seemed to be a little busy when I picked my order up, but the order was ready in about 20 minutes from when I called. It was nice that I didn’t have to wait very long.“

“Very disappointed in the Avon Lake store. they did away with 3 $ domestic drafts during Happy Hour . They shortened the Happy Hour from 7 to 6, and they are only buy one get one half off. It's no wonder why they are not even half full on Wing night 😡“

“I just want to shout out Doughboy's Pizza & Wings for the catering for my daughter’s party. If you’re looking to have a really good pizza party & then some, go there. I got 3 whole sheet pizzas, 100 wings, a party pan of salad & rigatoni/meatballs with silverware & plates for $286 plus tip. It was ready on time & fresh. They have such a great menu to choose from. 🩷Everyone loved the food 🍕🍗🥗🍝 There was about 30 kids & 15-20 adults & I still had food leftover.“

But they were super nice with smiles and asked me how my day was and said to have a good evening. The customer service was worth it. “Ordered a pizza from Lear Rd Pizza Hut and apparently they’re using DoorDash to deliver. All I had was a $50 bill on me and they had no change so I called up the Pizza Hut to pay by credit card but they were nasty and hung up on me. I felt bad for the people delivering to me and gave them the money and told them to take the pizza and shove it! I would never order from them again, ever!“

“I don't care for the regular pizza, but discovered the deep dish is pretty decent. I really like the wings. They're almost always perfectly done and better than other carry out. The app is also better than a lot of other fast food/pizza places.“

“We enjoyed excellent service from our server - Bri (I think that's how you spell her name). She checked to see how we were enjoying our food and refilled our drinks at least twice. After I asked for my six free wings for my birthday (I showed her the offer on my BWW app), she also brought me a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Earlier I had mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating my 65th birthday (Medicare, here I come!) so I'm guessing this was an extra perk that "birthday boys" don't normally get. “I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!

Parking: Sometimes when they are in a rush it gets pretty full

“Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering. Of course I tipped, but feel like I should have tipped more FOR KINDNESS!! Thanks Chris for going above and beyond to correct a mishap. I appreciate you! 🌞🌞🌞“

“Went for dinner after Confirmation. Service was excellent, food was great, and they were very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that we really could have used the elevator for a couple of elderly grandparents who had issues with the stairs. They said it was broken.“

Very happy with this pizza, it was a coupon deal at $9.99. Next time I will spend a few dollars more and double the toppings - especially the REAL (not canned) Mushrooms. Yummy!“
