I first want to say our server Ashley was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide the best service. Ashley always made sure we had what we needed as fast as possible. She was very sweet and kind. The food was also very good!! But the server deserves a raise for sure!

My friend and I sat at the bar for dinner tonight. Our server was Maisy. She did a fantastic job. We never had to ask for anything, she checked on us continually to see if we had everything we wanted. She was so friendly, while also being very professional. She obviously knew her job very well. She made it a fun and very enjoyable dinner. Made us feel like valued customers. People like Maisy make you want to come back again. Chili's should feel very fortunate to have her as an employee. The food was great, too!

Me and my wife where out finishing up Christmas shopping and stopped in for lunch. We where takenngood care of by Brittany and our food was great. I got ribs for the first time from chilis and didn't expect them to be as good as they where. Great service great food. Great job.

You guys have an amazing bartender. We are bartenders ourselves and I keep meaning to catch her name but she has remembered my boyfriend and I after only a couple of times of sitting at her bar and provides excellent service every time. It’s normally a Monday night if we do come in so please Avon Chilis Management recognize your amazing bartender that is usually there in the evenings. Chains don’t appreciate those phenomenal employees enough but she deserves all the praise!

I always wanted to try Chili’s but had a feeling I wouldn’t like it, but I was wrong. This is my second time here and their food is amazing, prices are decent, and the staff is super attentive and friendly. 100% recommended

We sat at the bar and service was spectacular! Happy hour beer ! Salsa and chips are the best around! We have the Smasher burger that was the best burger around! All in all a fantastic evening! Our bartender was Maisy who was amazing!!!

We’ve been to different Chili’s within the past 10 years, each one has its unique taste and issues, but from all of the different Chili’s that we’ve been to, this one left a positive impression on the taste of their food and even more the cleanliness which i can say is not common with the way other Chili’s operate in their chain of restaurants. We had the full rack of ribs with French Fries and macaroni and cheese. The meat was well seasoned and almost falling off the bones. Everything was served hot, not in their usual warm temp. From the Chili’s that I’ve gotten use to it was a big unexpected surprise. Where I would rate them with 5 stars. The bow of enchiladas and chips & dip with salsa was the common franchise quality, but everything else was a surprising experience. I would rate them with 4.5 stars. The only thing that I would mention is that the eating utensils initially provided excluded knives, in which I had to request, but was surprised that they only provided 1 knife. I will definitely return to see if the changes, seeing how much difference it was in comparison with the franchise location. And I will definitely comment on that experience, with pictures.
