It was my Birthday. We didn’t get to eat, greeted at the door with a very unpleasant hostess who barely stopped what she was doing to inform us with an eye roll that it would be 30 minutes for a table in a half empty restaurant because they had no servers. Wow. $100 saved. Off to Longhorn!
Not looking for any response, we went and had a wonderful dinner elsewhere.

Very fun menu with a very fun vibe be careful how you order though especially drinks as any restaurants there are no prices visible so make sure you get an idea of what you get before you get too far into the night as your bill might be sipping from your wallet haha. Outside of that very nice family friendly environment so you can expect great things on food was phenomenal definitely will be back to this location again

I ordered food Togo at the one In Avon Ohio and they put my side salad with blue cheese dressing in the same styrofoam container as my hot food !!! Whenever I questioned it the employee argued with me and said that’s the it’s done and I’m the only one that has ever complained and the manager agreed with her !!!!! Blue cheese dressing and salad should have been in a separate styrofoam container So that the temperature is not in the danger zone !!!!! I’m am safe serve Certified and know there are danger zones and who want to eat hot wilted lettuce with blue cheese dressing st 130 degrees !!!!!!

After almost 30 years of life, my wife and I stepped into Chilis for the very first time at the Avon, OH location. From the moment we stepped out of the car and approached the entrance, I was feeling good vibes as the host came to open the door for us and greet us with a smile. We were quickly sat and our sever Aaron almost immediately helped us sign up to be a Chilis rewards member so that we could enjoy free chips and salsa. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and my wife ordered a triple dipper. All of the food was fantastic. Just when I thought our experience couldn’t get any better, Aaron offered us ice cold diet cokes to go. If you couldn’t already tell, I am extremely impressed with the service and food here and cannot wait to dine at Chili’s again.

I think it was Jordon or Jorden was absolutely fantastic from friendliness to communicating what was going on with the kitchen having some newbies and that’s why our Queso took 12 minutes but NO fault to our server she was great! Me and my significant other are here once a month for our anniversary and she has been the best interaction I’ve had with a server here! We talked and laughed and mutually agreed on somethings and she even made a comment on I feel like I made a friend which just made it all that much better! Please love her and value her and appreciate her cause not all have the amazing attitude and sense of urgency to help you like she did and does!!

The fajitas were tasty worth a lot of meat, the Texas fries *fries worth chess, bacon, sour creamand onion chives), they simply couldn't get it right They remade my fries, and they were still horrible! The waitress was kind enough to them off my bill without my asking. Danielle was very nice!
Chili's has gotten a bit overpriced. See our attached bill for fajitas!
