We waited in line for 20 minutes only to get up to the front of the line and learn that THEY WERE OUT OF BOWLS!! Yes, you read that right. As in, they had no containers!! Hey guys, A NOTE ON THE DOOR WOULD BE NICE so I dont wait in line! By the way- it was a Friday at 5pm. That should be interesting as the night goes on...

Service was pitiful. The two workers, young man and woman had horrible attitudes and did not speak to us. I received a toddler’s amount of rice and a prepubescent amount of chicken. And my fiancé received a truck load amount of cheese. After leaving, we discussed never leaving the house for food. Thank you to chipotle for the worst experience.

My boyfriend and I were the only ones in there. Everyone just stared at us and it took what seemed like forever for someone to come. The tables and the area to get your silverware are dirty! I went to go get a fork and it was not clean. The steak has alot of cartilage on it. My boyfriend couldn't even finish it.

Always slow. Always at least 20 mins behind if you order thru online. And employees putting earbuds and working like they don’t give a crap. Never will be here again.

We were never so disgusted as we were when we walked to the tables to eat. Every table was covered in food as well as food all over the floor. It was all kids working. No one over the age of 25 maybe. Totally disgusted!

I ordered double chicken, to only get exactly 7 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The bowls barely halfway full. The only thing making it look big is the lettuce…..
The food is great every time I go! And the portions are big. The staff is pleasant, fast, and accommodating.

Hit and miss. Seems to go through phases of good vs bad performance, employee turnover seems to be extremely high, even for this type of business. 5 stars during a good phase and 1 during a bad phase

They penny punch as if it’s coming out of there pocket and want to charge you you for everything single thing no wonder ther aren’t a restaurant tier place they argue back and forth when they are wrong and I’ve been an employee with them it’s embarrassing to do in front of customers a 3 pointer costing just as much as a bowl is diabolical I hate coming here and there door dash order are horrible make mine like you’d make your own just a gros establishment

We didn't actually order because the place was disgusting. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We walked up to the counter which had two people standing there doing nothing. They didn't greet us. We looked behind the glass, looked at each other and said... Hell no! Sour cream smeared all over the glass. The food area had mixed food all over the place. Beans had been laying there for so long they were dried out. Lazy employees! Where was a supervisor or are they ok with this? Do not eat here!
