I just picked up my order (order was $50+) and my bowl was missing half of what I ordered, all of the veggies that I ordered and doesn't look like double meat. This is the 2nd time that this has happened when I've placed a big order and the store wasn't even that busy tonight when i went to pick up. I'm actually really disappointed since this used to be the better chipolte that was close to me. I don't know that I will be purchasing here again. Just really mad and really disappointed.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but tonight was awful. The food line was filthy, there was beans and hot sauce on my burrito from the foil being slid down the food line then wrapped. Drink station was gross. If my kids weren’t hungry after swim we would have walked out. So gross.

All Chipotle stores are going down hill. This used to be the only one I would go to because all the rest are just horrible. Today we got 3 bowls with double steak in all of them. The double steak is now the same portion size that a regular used to be and ALL the steak is pure gristle. I got maybe 3 pieces of steak that I could chew. This is completely ridiculous and frustrating. We ended up throwing most of it away because it was not edible. Chipotle needs to do better. After so many horrible experiences with Chipotle we are officially done giving them any more chances.

One of the dirtiest, run down chipotles I have ever been too. The dining room garbage cans overflowing in trash, all the tables had trash and food on them and the floor was just littered in food. The place was not busy and instead of standing on their phones someone could have easily at least changed out the garbage bags or wiped down the tables. It was quite disgusting of a place so much I couldn't imagine being that hard up to ever want to walk in that door ever again
This location is always out of everything. Walk in order your food. Out of vinegrette. Ok not the end of the world but then out of forks no trash cans anywhere. No cup lids. Cashier gets snotty when you try to ask for forks and lids. Manager comes out and tells us she was nice until you got attitude and she is young and she will reliable.

came here and they gave me stuff i didn’t ask for and double meet when i wanted regular. also gave me an OVERLOAD of rice and really old almost inedible chicken. had to throw half of my food away it was a waste. they were also very rude towards me and my friend and when we left they stood there giving dirty looks. if you like good food and great service i would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Went here with my friend, horrible service didn’t even listen to what he wanted and when I asked if they’re ok and why they look angry they just walked to the back. Oh and also as I was pulling away both of the workers were standing at the window staring at me? Hope they have a better night.

I like the food choices, it's a very healthy alternative to fast food, however this location is always unswept, tables not wiped down, trash cans always full. In here on a slow Sunday night and the employees are on their phones while there's literally food all over the floors and not one clean table
