I am beyond furious about my recent visit to your Lear Chipotle. What should have been a quick and enjoyable meal turned into a complete disaster due to your staff’s lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and overall disregard for customers.
First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff were rude, inattentive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. When I asked for extra [specific item], I was met with an eye roll, and they barely added anything. Isn’t that what I’m paying for?
Then, let’s talk about the food. My order was completely wrong despite repeating it TWICE. The portion sizes were laughable—half a scoop of meat and a sprinkle of toppings does not constitute a meal. On top of that, the food was cold, bland, and absolutely not up to Chipotle's usual standards. If I wanted subpar, overpriced fast food, I would have gone somewhere else.
To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was filthy. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs, and the trash bins were overflowing. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to look and feel this unkempt.
This is the last time I will spend my hard-earned money at Chipotle unless serious changes are made. I’m not asking for gourmet dining—I’m asking for basic courtesy, edible food, and a clean environment. If your team cannot manage this, you’ve lost another customer for good.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because this experience was nothing short of disgraceful.

Stay far away from this chipotle, they messed up my order completely. When asked to remake it and not even a refund, I was told they couldn’t do it.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever had in my life!!!! The rice is hard and not even fully cooked!!! I keep thinking I’m CHEWING ON MY TEETH!!!! Every time I take a bite!!! This is ridiculous and horrible!!!! The seasoning on the meat is horrible to over powering!!!! I literally can’t even enjoy my bowl! How are you in Avon serving the worst quality food ever!!!! Just HORRIBLE!!! Not to forget you guys are always running out of items!!! I’m very disgusted with the food!!!! I almost made a dentist appointment because I really thought my teeth were coming out but it’s the uncooked hard horrible rice!!!

A nice new Chipotle, but criminal how stingy they are with the meat. Should have walked out, but it's not in my nature to be rude. One of the other people I was with had even less meat than I did in their burrito. On top of that, it was like we ordered no meat at all because the way it was prepared. Person preparing food didn't even care they made the burritos so that the small amount of meat was on one side and the globs of rice on the other. I really wish I had taken pictures. Each time they portioned the meat it was in a plastic cup similar to the size Costco gives for samples. Said it was to get the right oz- just get a scale. It's also a waste of plastic. I was so irritated for me abd my family (and at that point grossed out by a mostly sloppy rice burrito) I talked to one of the people working (apparently the manager)- tried to be nice about it and they really just shrugged their shoulders. I get portion sizes are out of workers hands to an extent, so just avoid giving Chipotle business. This location is the reason why people walk out or record when ordering.
