Love this place! They are freaking rockstars. I had the best experience late on a Friday night after a long flight and they absolutely made my Ohio experience so far fantastic.

I have tried eating at this location twice. The first time it was about 6:30 and they were out of almost everything. Scraping the bottom of the bowls and said they had not planned on making any more meat that evening so we left. We ate there last night, they were out of rice, tables were dirty. no Diet Coke and no small lids. And we’re out of the kids chips for my daughter’s meal and weren’t going to give us chips because they didn’t have the small bags to put them in. I’m shocked this place is still running based on the other reviews and the other people I talked to last night and their own experiences. Place is a joke

11PM close time and their doors are locked with everything cleaned up at 10:30. Worker signaled me from the window that they were closed and I pointed at the 11pm on the door and he screamed we’re closed and turned around. This isn’t the first time this location has done this to me either. I’ve worked, owned and operated in the food industry my whole life, that’s just pure laziness and bad customer service. Feel bad for the ownership that they have incompetent workers that aren’t allowing business to be had. They had to of closed everything down by 10pm if they were finished with everything by 10:30pm. Losing profit and customers. I also have never seen a chipotle location have this bad of reviews. My 2 cents being an owner and operator myself, fire the staff and rehire before you go under. If they want to act like McDonald’s workers, let them go work there.

Only giving 5 stars for Montae and Wednesday my lettuce was mixed with a BUNCH of hair and I really mean that. Didnt want lettuce anymore just wanted it to be remade the rest were not in hair nets while they both were the only ones who hair there hair probably put back. Running in a kitchen is unsafe and unacceptable thats how you hurt yourself and also get hair in food WITH NO HAIR NET either!!! It’s disgusting!!! I haven’t ate all day come in the morning no joke been craving it. Already upset from the beginning didnt have queso blanco then I waited for the brown rice THENNNN for my food to be full of hair. But montae and Wednesday remade not just the one bowl but both bowls and replaced it with queso instead for me and also gave us a free drink for the inconvenience.. it was very much appreciated I LOVE THEM BOTH FOR THAT!!!!!

Trash cans inside and out overflowing. Couldn't get service and noticed dust and even hair on top the glass over the food. Walked out. Won't return

Just waited in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me they were out of rice chicken lettuce and cheese. It’s so bad
Place was dirty dirty… it was 2pm.. food was cold..rice and beans should be hot…meat was dry and worker was scrapping the bottom on that and the guacamole…ur pico de gallo needed more cilantro so it can have flavor…the worse part was it’s a brand new building near the hospital and it was dirty with a mgr( I think) on premise.

As a fellow business owner I have to speak up. I’ve been a chipotle fan for 20+ years. I’ve never walked into a more shitty environment, with terrible staff, overflowing trash, and below average food ever. This place needs to be shut down, everyone fired, and completely new team hired and trained. Where’s the leadership?? Chipotle Corp - what are you doing about this?

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs serious work. Orders constantly being wrong, ingredients always being out of stock, weak seasoning and portion sizes are tiny for what you pay. Just go to Avon commons or Westlake until they figure out their problems.

Quite literally an embarrassment. In what world do you randomly change people’s orders because you are too lazy to make more food when your only job is to make food. NOT EVEN TO MENTION HOW DANGEROUS IT IS TO NOT EVEN TELL YOU THAT THE RESTAURANT IS OUT OF AN INGREDIENT AND SWITCH IT OUT WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHEN YOU COULD POTENTIALLY BE ALLERGIC. Top to bottom employees and management she be held liable for that highly illegal and dangerous acts.
