Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants- Avon, OH - Chester Road

1st timer here. Everything we ate/drank was stellar. BUT, you can't have me wait 15 min for 1 draft beer as my meal arrives. The service was brutally lazy, and for a Sat night? It also took about 15 min for 1 dessert. Never an apology either - server far from professional. Yikes!

This was our first visit and we left very satisfied thanks to the wonderful service. There were a few small mistakes but they were all handled well. Lauren did a great job making us feel taken care of.

The food was delicious and the wine was equally fantastic. We're now part of the membership club so we'll be back soon!!

Excellent food, very nice atmosphere, and top noth service with fair pricing. To me, the mark of a good restaurant is not perfection but how they respond when something inevitably goes wrong. Something did go wrong on my visit and our waitress took care of it and even alerted the manager for a double check. The situation was handled perfectly and professionally and it made for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back.

Last night me and my wife had dinner here for an early Valentines Day. Our server Angela was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu and wines. She also gave me the best recommendation on the Chicken Madeira. It was DELICIOUS. We will definitely be back in march for our anniversary!

We came for dinner last night and our server Angela was absolutely amazing. I loved her energy and her knowledge about the menu was comforting. She’ll definitely be the reason why I’m coming back, on top of the chicken pot stickers with the coleslaw because the coleslaw was to die for.

I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs and we have Cooper’s Hawk around there. I was so excited to have one near my home here because the menu and food will never disappoint. I brought my friends to experience it and they loved it. They offer a wonderful and wide selection on the gluten-free menu also! We are already planning a time where we can go back! I can always count on a great meal and a great atmosphere and we had a great server Angela!

Our Book Club met here tonight and I have been absolutely gushing about the phenomenal service, ambiance, food and wine. Our server Aaron went above and beyond with creating a personalized and memorable experience. The GM Amanda checked on us several times and was able to recommend some perfect wines, especially the bubbly Camille. My decadent short rib risotto paired exceptionally well with Bin 89, the LUX Cab Sauv. What a treat to have such superior service, along with exceptional food & wine!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Copper Hawk celebrating my birthday! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a special occasion. Our server, Noah, provided great customer service and was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It was also a nice touch that the manager checked in on our table to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable experience. Only thing I would suggest is using lids on the dessert sauces. I ordered the key lime pie to go and they did not place lids on the two sauces that came with the pie. Of course by the time I got home the sauces were spilled over into the container and could not be used on the dessert.
