Got the Atlantic cod sandwich here with fries and a drink 4 or 5 days ago on my way back home. Took forever for the food to get out. Ate half of my sandwich before it started to taste "off," so I threw it away. About 2-3hrs later, surprise, food poisoning. Took almost 2 days to recover. Fries were good, but I won't be going back.

We came through the drive-thru at 9:40 which I am aware is close to closing time and ordered four ice cream concretes after 10 minutes of waiting I ended up going inside to use the restroom and heard them complaining about having to make our ice cream amongst each other. When I came back out to the car from using the restroom where my girlfriend was still waiting for our ice cream probably another 5 minutes at this point I'm walking to the car as the worker is walking back inside. When I get back in the car I hear from my girlfriend that the employee told her that he had disassembled the ice cream machine and put it back together especially for our order which was not true. I was watching them inside. I even have a video of them complaining about how he almost had started closing The ice cream machine. I'm not sure why he would make that up about having to put it back together to make us feel bad? Will not be coming back to this Culver's location

Absolutely dead establishment no reason my single Patty Burger deluxe with only lettuce tomato pickle onion and mustard should have taken 15 minutes and come out cold on a dry bun. I only ordered the burger and an ice cream cone that was given to me at the pay window. If you want hot food just go to Wendy's next door it's going to be cheaper faster and hotter! And is going to taste just the same.

Feel like this place has gone down hill. First having pink inside the burger to hair in your burger. The staff isn't as friendly and welcoming as they were. Don't go to this location.

When this opened, it was good and I visited reasonably often. Over the last three years or so is just nosedived into a place that can't cook or five you the good you ordered.
In the last few years, I haven't had an order that was correct, or hot. Some of the mistakes are minor, like not getting a sauce on the side. Some are bigger, like things missing on burgers. Some have been ludicrous, like a burger that came without any patties. I stopped ordering for a while because I never got what was ordered and the store never seemed to care when I told them, but I have them another chance today. Low an behold, so many things wrong with the order. Everything was, at best, luke warm, but there were some fries that were so cold in the middle they can't have been far off being frozen. A burger that should have had Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and grilled onions had American cheese and none of the additional toppings. A crispy chicken sandwich that should have had ketchup didn't have ketchup. A fish dinner that should have had utensils didn't have utensils. Some of that is minor, but cold food and missing items that are upcharged is not.
It's frustrating that the store doesn't care when the issue are raised up to them, and hasn't made any effort to address these issues since this had been going on for years, but I guess it makes it an easy decision to not go back.

Had a curbside order. Arrived 15 min early and parked in front of main entrance.. curbside parking is around back at this location, there are no signs indicating so. Basically I sat outside waiting and no one came out. My food got cold for my family of 4, 2 of which are toddlers. I insisted on remaking it and they acted like they did. My pop was flat, ice melted, ice cream melted, food cold as ice. Management was unprofessional and so was staff. Called corporate and was told Doug the owner would address the issue and he did not. Better off going to McDonald’s and spending less money for food that is actually satisfying and service for that matter. 0 stars if I could.
