I regret coming to this location every single time. Waiting 15 minutes for coffee when there is two cars in front of me seems ridiculous. I was in the drive through and the worker asked if I had ordered yet. Confusing since there were only two cars in front of me and none behind me. How is no one monitoring the drive-through.

Went out of my way this morning to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Waited in line for 15 minutes then when I got up to pay, the lady handed me my bag of munchkins and said “have a nice day”. I said I have a drink as well. As I’m pulling away after she handed me my drink, she says “do you think I didn’t know that?” I don’t know why people continue working somewhere that they aren’t happy at. Absolutely rude and disrespectful to treat customers like that. When I called to speak with a manager, all they said was “we are short staffed” and I understand that, but it does not give anyone the right to talk to PAYING CUSTOMERS that way.

Came to get donuts and now I will never come to this location again. Slight miscommunication trying to tell the girl at drive thru our order and she than yells at my girlfriend she needs to listen. Nobody was upset till she treated us so rudely. After seeing these other reviews seems like they need to change their staff.

Honestly I don’t have anything good to say about this specific store. At this point I’m the dummy for ever continuing to order from them. Their coffee is TERRIBLE. I ordered today and my drinks were half empty. They were burnt and dint have any of the additional things I asked for in them— no sweetener— 1/2 the milk. The munchkins are NEVER glazed they’re just sticky and soggy. The sandwiches are always soggy or burnt. Just don’t waste your time here— and you WILL waste time— at least 30 minutes in the drive through line.

This is the worst dunkin I've been to. It's like they're trained to move at a snails pace. 99% of the time they forget to put my cold foam on my coffee and I have to remind them - I should get paid for doing their job for them! It's the only one on my way to work which sucks because it's such a badly run store. Seriously needs new management, new employees and actual training.

Always consistently understaffed. I placed an order at 7:30am online for walk in pickup. Arrived at 7:47. Order still not ready. Finally at 7:53 I get my food; no coffee. At 7:56 I asked where my coffee was. I got “she’s making it now” 7:58, still no coffee. At this point I have to be to work in 2 minutes up the road. So I ask again. The girl huffs and puffs turns around and starts making it but throwing a fit about it. I was like I’m sorry I’ve been here for 10 minutes and placed my order almost a half hour ago. I’m late for work now!
At 8:03 I got my coffee. They really need to just put pickup orders out and let people grab them instead of making everyone wait around for names to be called or asked for!
