Been to this location a few times. The last time before my last and final visit to this location my friend and I had witnessed the staffing yelling and swearing right in front of the customers. Visited yesterday and they messed up my order. When I asked for 4 pumps I even held up 4 fingers and the kid still said 3. I get being new or maybe even nervous but the atmosphere there is just not it.
Absolutely terrible, 8 out of 10 times they will mess up your order. The wait is always ridiculous. Do not go here.

Great place! Love Dunkin over all the other coffee shops. We've received the correct order and there have been times where our order wasn't right but I will always patronage Dunkin!
Do not use the drive thru! The service is Extremely Slow. Once you are in the drive thru you then can't get out. You have to wait excessively and are stuck. The merge in design for online orders makes it twice as bad because it holds up the line even more. They also won't let you out because they want in for their orders. I ended up not even ordering because I was going to be late due to this ridiculousness. Overall horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

You always wait at least 30mins in the drive thru. Even if you are the 2nd car in line. Inside is just as bad. You will just stand there 15mins before someone will take ur order

I have never been to such a horrible Dunkin in my life. Just dirty everywhere. Food on tables and on the floor. Even the cashier had food all over his shirt and he looked like he hated life. One of the girls making food kept using multiple f-bombs. One employee was actually vaping weed by the back door. I will not be back. This owner needs to do better. 11:30am on March 23,2024.

Ordered donuts ahead on Saturday on the app for drive thru thinking it was faster. Although there are 2 different lanes - one for mobile orders and one for regular orders- and a walk-in option, we had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get to the window. When we gave them our order number they looked for it for a few minutes. While they were trying to find it we looked inside and saw that it was equally busy inside as it was at the drive thru. Then they said that our order ticket got mixed up or deleted, and said they had 3000 mobile orders or something. So we had to re-order our donuts at the window and they made us pull up to the second one. We finally got our donuts, but these had little to almost NO icing or glaze on them. The woman who helped us at the window was nice and I understand that the lines are out of their control but overall the lines are too long and the donuts need more icing.

Id give it 0 stars if I could. Worst drive through. The merge line is horrible. I sat in line for 35 min and didn’t even order. Just couldn’t get out of the line

For the life of me I do not understand the slowness of service for basic coffee. I’ve waited upwards of 2-3 mins before even being greeted at the drive thru with a “hold on just a minute” followed by more waiting. When the order is finally taken it takes quite a bit for it to be handed out the window. This is by far the worst service DD in the area.

I usually get the triple chocolate muffin, but it's no longer sold, and I miss them, so I have no reason to go there any longer. My five star food rating is only for the muffin, because that's all I buy there. They are so good!!

I received my drink and waited 10-15 in store for my food. I was asked 3 times by different associates what I was waiting for only to find out someone in the back had dropped it off earlier. The store seemed well staffed but apparently not well trained. I was so baffled by this situation that I left without my food order. I did not have another 10 minutes to wait.

Waited 30mins in drive thru still didnt get my cup of coffee. Sadly this happens often. Morning service is just a disaster. Im not sure if they are short staffed in the morning or if they are all careless . Management needs a performance review. Once or twice is fine but this is the norm for them.
