Smells gross inside and is dirty. Went to order inside and was met with rude young lady who was sitting at one of the tables texting on her phone who then barked at us “drive thru only!”. Will avoid this Dunkin’ from here on out.

Avoid this place at all costs. The most unfriendly and rude staff of all time and it’s not even close. If you don’t like where you work pick a different job. This trickles down so the management are also clowns for allowing this behavior. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Placed an order on the mobile app (and paid), drove to the store and a piece of paper taped to the drive through speaker said they were opening later that day. I started calling at the supposed opening time, tried 8 times with no answer, then gave up. This was 5 days ago and I'm still trying to get a refund.

Great donuts. Wish they would take the calories at. This store is always stocked with fresh product and friendly staffLocated right off of I90 it's an easy on, easy off for a fresh coffee, sandwich or pastry.
What an amazing staff you have, 1 of the workers had her 3 children there at a table, they were so good but it Broke my heart, what a dedicated employee! She needs a raise for sure!!!
Looking forward to a dunkin coffee at 6am, to find a no one on shift sign on the drive thru speaker, and at counter.

This location always messes up my drink no matter what I order and I only come here on rare occasions when I’m in a rush and in the area. Today ordered one drink and whoever took my order sounded like she had a stank attitude and then whoever cashed me out at the window didn’t say hi / bye or really even a word to me besides “here” when they handed me my drink then shut the window real quick. After this I’d rather go coffee less than get the trash service they’ll give me. They were also dead and had no cars in front of me so not sure why they just didn’t wanna do their jobs ??♀️

I usually don’t like this this Dunkin but this one girl made me to start loving it again! Her name was cassie or Casey she was amazing an did well over and beyond what she was suppose to do. She fixed the issues the other girl made now every-time I do came in she is always making sure my order is perfect! Thank you for working & doing more then what ur suppose to do! We need more people like her!

Every time I’ve come to this Dunkin’ Donuts the employees have been extremely unfriendly and flat out rude. They almost never get my order right and I always leave there feeling disappointed and disrespected.

The girl working the cash register was very rude. Like I get dealing with customers sucks. I've worked in customer service before. This however was one of the worst I've experienced. Very unhelpful and didn't even listen to the order. At this point, I'm probably never coming back to this Dunkin
