Two people ahead of me but listening to the female manager complain about being busy was very unbecoming. The team working their tails off, were clearly not enjoying their shift or listening to their griping 'leader'. Ordered two sausage, egg and cheese croissants and an order of hasbrowns. The hash browns were so undercooked and saturated with oil, not one of my three pups would eat them. One croissant was cooked to perfection but the other one was so burned and blackened, that, along with the hash browns went into the trash.
What a waste of $16 and my morning.

This place sucks you can be the 3rd car in line and sit there for 45+ minutes almost everytime you go there.

This dunking sucks. From the guy with the star sticker on his face. To the miserable human that took my order sounding like their dog just died.... Asked for cram and sugar inside coffee got a awful of cream and sugar. Asked for a glazed jelly donut and a glazed donut. Got a powder jelly and a plain donut. Also waited 4 minutes to take my order in a pretty empty location....
Management upgrade and staff upgrade required here.

I used deliveryso unable to answer some questions. Delivery was on time. I ordered online before bed and woke up to a delicious hot French vanilla latte and a coffee cake muffin. Both excellent and on my preferred Dunkin list.
I also order a slice of pumpkin cake for later in the day. I thoroughly enjoyed that too. A good balance of cake, pumpkin and spice. Not overly sweet.

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but dear lord this is the East Cleveland of Dunkin’ Donuts stores. I’ve lived near this one for 5 years now and 80% of my orders have been bad experiences. Finding floaties in my drink today was the last straw. There’s a Dunkin 2 exits west of this one if you’re on i90. GO TO THAT ONE. Avoid this one unless you have 20-25 minutes to spare sitting in the drive thru only to find your order jacked up.

Ordered my coffee on the app and chose the drive through. The employee “Maddy” said “ it came in 22 seconds ago but pull around” poor customer service. The comment was uncalled for.

I was very disappointed with my service today. I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and have never had such rude service as I did today. The lady taking the order via the speaker started out rude and just continued with the bad attitude the whole time. I placed an order for a large frozen coffee, when I received this order it did not have the coffee syrup added. I went in to have this order corrected and the lady in the blue collar shirt argued with me and stated she did put the syrup in. I was not trying to argue with her, I just wanted the drink made correctly as I had ordered it. The drink was remade, but still did not taste the same as I have had multiple times in the past. However at this point I was done arguing and left with the drink to doctor up at home.

Absolutely the worst service ever. waited 30 minutes for a drink. it seems that there is a huge lack of communication with the team. if you need to get to work, i suggest skipping this dunkin bc you will be late lol.

I hate to be this guy, but this Dunkin' genuinely needs some improvement. I get that the staff are slammed every morning, but someone should always be at the counter. Even if you place a mobile order in advance (which is usually no problem at other locations), there's a 50/50 chance you'll get there by your pickup time and it's ready. Also, there have been a few occasions where I purchased a blueberry muffin at this location and the inside was totally raw. The only reason I didn't call to complain was because I was running late to work and Dunkin' was far behind me at that point. Coming from someone who worked at Dunkin' in High School and hated it, I understand that the staff aren't completely to blame, but a little more attention should be paid to the counter and the quality of the food.
