Worst service possible. Drive thru minimum 20 minutes. Decide to walk inside turn around you wait 10 min minimum for someone to come to the counter. You’d think they’d have someone designated for the store customers NOPE you’ll be there for 40 minutes for a coffee and avocado toast. Needs better managing!!! This ship is sinkin fast!

Through no faults of their own this location seem to have issues keeping or giving their morning staff in this week. That being said they were very apologetic and very nice and still the late delay wasn't that egregious. I certainly like the food and Duncan's donuts obviously are always a win.

I have been in the drive for 1 hour and 5 mins!!!!! I know i know why would i wait well i was not thinking it would be that long then i was invested no they didn't give us nothing for the time spent like most places Wont be going back there ill stick w the sheffield one

Morning shift the the most unfriendly group of people I ever met. My last young last didn't smile, didn't sat hello, took my card, cashed it and handed it back. No thank you, no goodbye. She just looked at me. You need more friendly people working. Someone who knows how to communicate.

I try so hard to avoid this Dunkin but sometimes it’s the closest one. The weight here is longer than any Dunkin I’ve ever been to Management needs to put a new system in place because the one they have is not working. I should not receive my breakfast sandwich first and then wait nine extra minutes for my coffee

This Dunkin is always a hit or miss and today was a complete disaster. I usually go through drive thru and there’s always a line so I decided to place a mobile order for inside. Hoping to run in, grab my order and make it to work somewhat on time. That was not the case, today there was a line inside and the drive thru had a few cars in it. Multiple people who ordered in store got their food while I sat and waited for my mobile order to be completed. After seeing multiple orders leave the drive thru and inside I decided to look for someone to ask about my order and explain I’ve been waiting. Eventually a girl with short dark hair came up to me and as I started to explain she cut me off and asked “what’s the name for the mobile order” so I tell her and she hands me two bags and a drink, and says “I’m working on your other drink now” with an attitude. Then to top off the horrible service, my drinks weren’t even stirred (which they never are from here) and tasted very watered down. And my donut was just thrown in the bag upside down, and I was 35 minutes late to work.
The maple bacon croissant sandwich is gross. Could be just today, but who knows.
Any hot food you order, just expect it to be cold. Not the thing to get at any DD.
Donuts are okay, but quality ranges and many were dry. You'd think a place with donut in the name, could at least put out decent donuts.
Coffee, ehh...average at best. The other coffee place down the road puts out a quality product.
Don't expect much here if you must visit or like DD. The standards are not high, maybe short on staff, high expectations from management.

The workers are very friendly but it is excruciatingly slow. I have been the only car in the drive through and was asked to wait. I have never had issues with my actual order but 30 min wait for a coffee is extreme

I come here often, I usually place my orders ahead today was a ruff start to my morning, and when I accidentally dropped my coffee in the door way entrance the lady's kindly made me a new one and even made it better by telling me I hope you have better and beautiful day you lady's rock I wish i looked at there names but thank you for being so kind and understanding that's what true service is about.

Business was not real busy when I got there, they were mostly out of the stuffed donuts on display. I asked the one girl if they were out of the stuffed donuts and she said they were in the back. I I had to ask if she would bring some out. It seems as though I was an inconvenience to her employment.
