Love the burgers but has gotten so expensive over last few years

Five Guys still has much better burgers than any other I've had, but the quality has gone down a little. Fries aren't as plentiful, either. We visited this location at 7pm. They closed at 10. Most beverages at the machine were unavailable, and the ketchup dispenser was empty. It was not especially busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was. The girl who took are order was very friendly and efficient.

Messed up my order and was told to come back the next day to get replaced. The manager in duty that day rudely yelled at his employee and loud enough for me to hear that he isn’t fixing anything from yesterday doesn’t matter if the manager told me to come today. Left the store called the 800 number and they said they would call back. It’s been since mind September. Still nothing. We used to come once a week and now I haven’t been back.

This place is great. Very hospitable staff and it was VERY clean. Nasty fountain soda machines, very common, will keep me from a place forever! Theirs was clean!!

Tuesday was the first time we had a bad food experience. It was so bad I needed to write this. The ordering service was good with a friendly greeting. Then having to wait the traditional 10 minutes for the hot food, normal. The pickup at the counter, semi-friendly. The fries = the worst Five Guys fries we have ever had!! We wait for the fresh cooked fries and received luke warm mixed with very few fresh cooked fries and over salted. So, it appears they mixed old fries which were already salted with a few new fries and salted again. Very dissatisfied!! I'm not sure we will ever go back. The whole point of Five Guys is fresh hot food. This is why you wait for your order, to receive FRESH HOT FOOD. The owner needs to look at the reviews and make adjustments accordingly.

Very contentious, they should be embarrassed. $44 for 3 small burgers, regular cheeseburger and fries to go. Was very nasty when we didn't tip @ $44 and wrong sandwiches, please tell me why there is a tip area on their credit card screen. At those prices, 1 order, they can pay $11 an hour minimum to their people.

Not only did they not wrap my burger before putting it in the bag, but they must’ve thrown it in the bag. Just a bag full of burger parts. I don’t want to eat it, am extremely frustrated, and don’t trust them to make me new food. This is food! I need to ingest it. Unacceptable!!!
