I Want to acknowledge “ Joe D “ who works at this Avon location. Every time I come in he is most Professional and Friendly. I came in today for Lunch and he took my order. I noticed that he always carries a Positive and upbeat Vibe and it’s awesome to see. He goes above and beyond time after time and it is appreciated. Always great dining in here in Avon! Would have been a five star but you can only get burger medium well. Like Red Robin style, some pink or no pink.
I ordered online through the five guys website. They forgot to make my order until I got there. The burger I ordered was missing and I got the wrong flavor of fries. They also forgot about my milkshake until I pointed out it wasn't there before I left. I called to get a refund but they wouldn't refund me. $25 down the drain. They were polite on the phone but didn't apologize. I was informed that it's not within their policy to refund specific items on the order. This should be changed.

Supers salty !!!Burger was salty and the fries even more , they were super salty !!!Thought would be a safe bet but no ! Very disappointedFries were not crispy and really soggy ,really bad , probably cold oilCheese not melted at all22 usd without drinks ?????Need to work more on franchise control , they are loosing the focus ,used to be the premium choice .Place was clean
