Walked in and stood at counter for 8 minutes holding my credit card while the employees ignored me. They were not even making food just cleaning and organizing stuff. Walked out went to jimmy johns two doors down. In and out in 3 minutes with kind and courteous staff. This was at November 8th at 2:40pm at the Avon OH location.

We went in there and stood there waiting by the register for 10 minutes without being helped. No one even greeted us either. This is what happens when a bunch of 15 year olds are running a business. I won't be back.

I really like the food here (although a bit overpriced) but I wish they had healthier smoothie options with cleaner ingredients- something very hard to find anymore. The workers were nice without being overly friendly. They didn't look professional at all. Messy hair, wearing comfy clothes, and talked to each other kind of rudely. Also I probably got 1oz of chicken in my salad... poor portioning.

Today I sat down in your fresh planet, and I got a pizza and a smoothie. The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever gotten at a smoothie place, and the mango berry smoothie was tasty. The staff are always so friendly and they keep the place spotless. Kelsey and Kjay are great conversationalists and always make me feel welcome, I will definitely keep coming back.

Dirty, 3 employees and all of them talking loudly about not wanting to work. Waited 30 minutes for a smoothie which was the wrong one. Unfortunately the staff here has degraded horribly over the years.Go woke, go broke.

It says closes at 9 but I stopped up at 8 and they were already closed. Seems as though everytime I stop up they or closed short staffed and running behind.

My first visit there and their menu looked good, but was very low in sodium and flavor overall. I ordered a 12 oz pina colada smoothie which wasn't terrible but didn't really taste similar to pina colada. It tasted more like an orange pineapple smoothie which I also like the taste of so I can't complain much there. I did love the Chicken paprikash soup, got the small. Then I ordered the rosemary Turkey pita but asked to substitute for chicken which they had no issue in doing. The included side I chose was the rice and black beans which were good. My sandwich was very disappointing though. The tomato and lettuce were hot because they put the entire sandwich in to warm/toast instead of putting that in last after warming the chicken. Maybe that's how they've always done it but who likes baked lettuce? And there was barely any chicken. I basically got a toasted pita with some rosemary Mayo and warm lettuce and tomato none of which had flavor. I paid a little over $18 and tipped $2 because they did prepare my meal but I was a little surprised at the cost initially. I did call to let them know that there was barely any chicken in my pita and I think they were caught off guard because the girl mentioned she didn't know why that would happen and also asked if I wanted to return. I didn't take her up on the offer but i guess it's just a lesson learned for me that I don't like the way they make their pitas. Obviously lots of people do love it though so if you don't like warm slimy lettuce or tomatoes (due to the fact they were warmed all together) then maybe ask if they could put the fresh veggies in the sandwich last.

Some moron walked in while I was enjoying my maple delight protein shake and lit up a cigarette inside before proceeding to casually swear and ask for freebies from the employees. One employee very quickly yet very politely shut him down and made him leave but not before the whole place started to reek of cigarette smoke. I was impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the employees despite this awful patron behavior. The smoothie and my sunbutter chill were thick and tasty. The dark chocolate matcha cookie which was green in the middle tasted like several oat-containing dog treats I've tried over the years and was very drying in the mouth.

I just recently discovered fresh planet in Avon Ohio and wow!!! Amazing!!!! Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh, tasty, and healthy!! The açai bowls at fresh planet are the best açai bowls I've ever eaten!! So yummy: ) Also the work girls who work there are also very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back to fresh planet!!

I had a delicious dinner at a very affordable price from Fresh Planet. This place is an unrecognized gem for cheap fresh food on the go. Definitely will stop in again. Pictured is the Thai peanut bowl.

food is decent but usually always cold. customer service is lacking. seriously need to have a better system for preparing food rather than relying on memory. we waited a good 30 minutes for our food while literally everyone who came in after us was served first, and when we asked about it they said “ok ill make it now.” pretty sure if we hadnt asked we would have been waiting even longer.
