The ice cream is amazing the employees are extremely nice and Sam Cecil is a very nice employee he deserves a promotion he’s very polite and kind I love this place

I went in at 750pm, and not one employee said hello. I stood there for 7 minutes, one person in front of me at the register. No one even looked at me. There were 7 employees in there. I walked out without any ice cream. I guess I will just start going to Mitchell's, which is not as good, but at least i can get waited on.

Handels is my absolutely favorite ice cream place to visit. Their ice cream is smooth and creamy with lots of large pieces of whatever flavor you chose (like pecans). The best soft serve that I've ever had!

The BEST ice cream spot a girl could ever ask for!! I will take the 20 minute drive over getting ice cream from any of the stores down the street from me anyday!

Is always great to come to handles! I come here often and is always great. The coffee flavor is my favorite, and their banana split is amazing. Staff are friendly and they work fast.
I came to get ice cream here and this place looked really good at first but when I went to order my ice cream the menu on the screen was super outdated most of the ice cream was out of stock or no longer available, so when I got my ice cream brownie batter it was falling off the cone as soon as I got it and it tasted not that good

Great little chain ice cream shop. First time there and the staff was very helpful and polite. They let me sample flavors if need be, but I didn’t need to sample any. Their portion sizes are very big, so be aware. I got chocolate chip cookie dough on a waffle cone and it was extremely delicious and I would come here again
Parking: There’s a parking lot in front of the store where you can park
