Is always great to come to handles! I come here often and is always great. The coffee flavor is my favorite, and their banana split is amazing. Staff are friendly and they work fast.
I came to get ice cream here and this place looked really good at first but when I went to order my ice cream the menu on the screen was super outdated most of the ice cream was out of stock or no longer available, so when I got my ice cream brownie batter it was falling off the cone as soon as I got it and it tasted not that good

Great little chain ice cream shop. First time there and the staff was very helpful and polite. They let me sample flavors if need be, but I didn’t need to sample any. Their portion sizes are very big, so be aware. I got chocolate chip cookie dough on a waffle cone and it was extremely delicious and I would come here again

Owen was incredibly kind, helpful and patient in assisting to find a flavor she loved. Adding a photo of my complete small cone today. The serving size is very generous always.

Two dead Canadian geese in your parking lot, probably a nesting pair that have a nest somewhere. Unfortunately one of your quality customers decided to take care of things. They mate for life and are federally protected, smh.

Came on 3/3 at 3:15 pm. Asked one of the crew members for a spoon and she literally placed it on the counter. I would have to think it’s common courtesy not to place utensils on the counter that was just disgusting. Worker also showed no interest in helping me either
