They do not know how to make a Caesar salad dressing. It was mayonnaise. Too much parmesan cheese too. Pot stickers are very good. I've had them twice. Excellent service and the place is beautifully decorated.

Pamela was our waitress, she was fabulous! A+ Had the carrot appetizer, so good!! Buffalo cauliflower, slider special and mushroom ravioli. Everything including our drinks were fantastic. Thanks!

Heck's is our new go-to restaurant in the Avon/Westlake area. The food is consistently good and the service is friendly and attentive. We particularly like the variety of specials offered but our most common order is the house or beet salad with grilled salmon, topped with apricot vinaigrette. Delicious and healthy. Service is always very friendly as well.

The New Space is awesome. A much better use of space than the old Melt. Our Server Emily was great on a very busy Father's Day Brunch. Food was wonderful. We've always enjoyed Heck's and now that they are in a larger facility we are expecting great things. An Avon Staple.

We come here nearly every Friday and always request Pamela! We just adore her. She is so sweet with our toddler and remembers her by name (and her order) every time! The food is always great and consistent and we can’t come without getting the buffalo cauliflower. Thank you Pamela for your fantastic service and making Heck’s feel like home away from home for us!!!

We all enjoyed our burgers. The onion rings were outstanding. There was no hostess immediately when we arrived so we waited about 5 minutes to get seated. Not a big deal.

Not sure what i expected but the food was quite good given that the restaurant is located in a suburban mall next to a Wyndham hotel. The server was lovely and attentive. The place was practically empty which was kind of weird but it was Sunday night so maybe that had something to do with it.
