We come here nearly every Friday and always request Pamela! We just adore her. She is so sweet with our toddler and remembers her by name (and her order) every time! The food is always great and consistent and we can’t come without getting the buffalo cauliflower. Thank you Pamela for your fantastic service and making Heck’s feel like home away from home for us!!!

That was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I would give it 0 stars if I could but since I had to I’ll give one for the atmosphere, but that was the only good part. Not only did we wait for an hour to get our food they tried to give us the bill at full price! We ordered our food at 12:46 and our food didn’t come till 1:50! We were able to watch a family get their food, dessert, bill and leave before we got our food and a whole other family walk in, get seated, order their food and get it before we got ours too! Who knows how long it would have taken if we didn’t say something! They said that somebody took our food and gave it to another table and they had to make another. It doesn’t take that long to cook! We order to avocado toasts, grilled chicken and a hamburger. That stuff only takes like 20 minutes to cook at home and it would probably be ten times better! Our food was cool the eggs wore so bland and horrible and they offered to reheat but nobody wants hot avocado and we were hungry! We could have gone to two restaurants in the time it took them! I would honestly rather eat at McDonalds and I’m not a fast food person. Then at the end they were gonna give us our bill full price and then they took 20% off a normal tip is 10% so we would have gotten only 10% off our bill that’s crazy! So we didn’t leave a tip and they didn’t deserve one! Also the manager and our waiter were total bubble heads and like deer in head lights, they had no idea what was going on! And when something like that happens it’s common knowledge to fix what happened! Horrible first experience, would not come back, unsatisfied and definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Worst service ever. We waited over 1 1/2 hours for food. Only some came and it was cold for what did come out. Our server avoided us and didn’t refill our drinks. Manager tried to make the situation better but they need to figure out this new, bigger location.

We had brunch for a large group on a Saturday when they opened. Service was amazing (shout out to Bridget); food was delicious; and drinks on point as always. Even with a big group, food came out timely, and the back room is perfect.

We find Hecks to be a solid go to spot for us for many different reasons. If we need a nice dinner out, entertaining parents, or dining with kids, we always have a nice time. Food is great and the new location is really awesome.

Our party of 5 was quite satisfied with our experience at Heck's. This new restaurant feels much improved from its old home just up the road. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals very much.
We've been going to Hecks since the beginning on Bridge Street, and to the former one in Avon. This Hecks (new location in Avon) is not up to par. The biggest disappointment was the food- specifically the burgers (which Hecks has always been famous for!) The burgers were soggy (from grease?) on the bun - it was so soaked it was falling apart) and the french fries were so overcooked that there was no actual potato inside when you bit into them. The restaurant was not crowded, but it took way too long to get and order placed with a waitress and to get it served. Our old favorite Hecks is gone. We wont be returning to this one.

New restaurant is really nice and well done. I got the filet mignon, and it was the worst dish I've had here. It came out after all the other dishes and had no flavor at all. Steak was cooked well but had no sear, and potatoes were terrible. My wife got the pork chop special and really enjoyed it. The kids portions were really small for the price. It was disappointing.
