This is mainly for the manager who was working tonight. Took 15 minutes to get a beer. Then my burger came out cold and was remade then came out wrong. Didn’t want to wait anymore so canceled the burger. Manager came over and said he’ll cover the burgers like he was doing us a big favor comping the 2 burgers that I literally did not eat then walked away. Could tell he really did not care. Won’t be back

It was our first time at Heck’s, coming from a recommendation. OUTSTANDING service from Krystal perfectly complimented OUTSTANDING food. It’s rare to find a combination of both these days. We were knocked out of the park and will absolutely be back and request Krystal. A great first impression!

Came for lunch, food and service were fantastic. They were backed up by a large to go order so they brought us complimentary fries while we waited. Food was also worth the wait, 10/10 will be back.

Food was cold even burger. Burger well done asked to be sure could be medium. . Fries cold greasy and 1” pieces. Embarrassing because my guests came from WI. All photos on line only apply after 3 or not at all. As a vegetarian they got salads small limp Lettuce. NEVER WOULD GO BACK!

Three of us coworkers went out for a girl's night. Camilla was our waitress and she was very polite and did a great job. We only had salads for our meals, but the protein was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Pierogies were delicious as our appetizer and their onion rings we crispy and salted perfectly! We had the blueberry lavender mimosa... not a complex drink, but still very delicious! We had a great time. I will definitely visit again with my partner to have one of their more special entrees.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our server, Victor, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—he made sure everything was taken care of without ever being intrusive. The timing of the service was spot on.
The salmon was on point—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the presentation was a solid 10/10. You can really tell when both the kitchen and the service staff care about what they do.
Victor’s work was truly perfect and made the entire experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We love the decor of the new space Heck's has moved into. The previous space was so sterile and industrial looking. As always, the food was very good. I had the brieberry burger and would definitely order it again. My blueberry lemon drop cocktail was delicious. The only negative was that after my husband gave the server his credit card to pay the bill she returned with the wrong receipt that was $13 more than it should have been. Fortunately, before my husband signed it we noticed the error and told our server. She corrected it.
