Since Covid19 outbreak we have not had an adult night out for many months. We made a 5PM reservation and all three couples in our party arrived promptly on-time. Our waiter took his time gathering our orders, so we did not start dinner in a timely manner. That was ok with all three couples who ordered surf and turf, filet Mignon, wine, and beers. We had wonderful service from the cook at our Hibachi, everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to order, we could not be happier with the service we received from our chef. We have been to Fujiyama several times in the past and have had wonderful service every time! However, the waiter took his sweet time re-filling our drinks during dinner? At 6:30PM while we were enjoying the company of one another and adult conversation, the manager asked us if we could leave so other customers could occupy the Hibachi? I have never had this happen in my life ANYWHERE? I guess a better way to put "can you guys leave so I can sit another group of customers" would have been "Can you please move to the bar or other dinning area so others could enjoy the hibachi" After spending $400 and tipping our chef generously, We all felt "cut short " on an enjoyable night out with our friends. We were all very disappointed with the slow service and will probably go to another hibachi location next time.

We had a great dinner out last night at Fujiyama Steak House at one of their hibachi tables. It is always great to be entertained by the cook making our food on the hibachi. They even played Happy Birthday for our daughter, and had her bang the birthday gong! We all had a great time!

Went as a family for my birthday on a Friday night and we had a blast! My 5 year old grandson cheered and clapped as well as devouring his meal. We had both hibachi and sushi and both were delicious. Our chef made the night, though, with his skills and entertaining personality. Extra special night out!

Love the food as the sushi is always good . We often take out and they have nice variety . The only issue is the personality as they do not appear to be customer centric .

Traditional hibachi entertainment and delicious food prepared right in front of you. Made it to 26 on the saki count :-) I always go for the shrimp and steak combo. Very yummy.

The hubs and I stop here every once in a while for dinner when we’re in the area. You can eat at the hibachi or at dining room/sushi bar. We usually eat in the dining room. The hibachi is usually busy, but the dining room/sushi bar is always empty. Service is usually a little slower in the dining room as well. The rolls are usually delicious and the drinks flavorful. Definitely recommend.

This place is huge, and obviously the place to be for birthdays, as I think there were five of them while we were there! The food was tasty and the hibachi chefs entertaining. My only complaint is the lobby and check in process - the lobby is not very large, with terrible acoustics, and since they won’t seat until the whole party is present, if you come in while multiple birthday parties are assembling, it’s a madhouse. Add to that the ladies at checkin, who apparently were not able to extrapolate that the reservation for my party was under “Nikki” when I had asked for “Nicole.”

We go here every year for my daughters birthday. Great family fun and the staff is always pleasant. I recommend making reservations in advance, they get very busy on the weekends.
