I may have to eat here again, but the first time here, on the spectrum of hibachi, it works, but noticeably a notch below a Benihana, places like that. Friendly staff, nice environment, it just didn't hit, but I definitely want to give it another go.

Went here once. Once was enough. I tipped the cook and the server embarrassed me in front of the whole table saying I didn't leave enough tip. Don't go here. Plenty of other hibachi around with better service.

First off, I want to say that the service was great, this review is for the rude manager who argued with me over bad sushi. I had one piece and asked the waiter to take it back because the quality wasn't good on the fish or even cut correctly. We got the bill and the sushi was still on there and asked to remove it since I didn't eat it. The manager came over and accused me of eating half the roll when I absolutely did not because it didn't taste good, why would I continue to eat it? She argued with me and was very hostile and demining towards me. She didn't even know what I actually ordered and accused me of lying. She finally budged and took half the sushi order off. Very frustrated. The waiter was great and the hibachi was great. Too bad she ruined for us and everyone else who was there. ALSO had false advertising for 40% off sushi and still charged everyone full price. This place is going downhill and will not return.

The food was great. The service was just outstanding, the chef cooked our food to perfection and we had fun while he was cooking it. It's a lot of fun I love it and I've got to go back. I don't know what happened to the folks that's giving it a low rating but for us..........this place was outstanding. Everything was perfect.

Went in wife's birthday the place was disgusting. Empty boxes everywhere, garbage can in the middle of the bar. Had a drink and ran out of there. Can't imagine ever eating there. Worthy of Health department visit.

Best sushi around. The waitress Amanda is amazing and is an absolute gem, wow. The restaurant is clean and very relaxing. Personally, my favorite restaurant! Have never had a bad experience here.

Disgusting. Honestly, I haven't been here in years. Switched to Shinto for obvious meal quality differences. While at work tonight I ordered hibachi to go. There wasn't anything edible. The rice smelled so bizarre and the egg tasted like it had sat out a week. I am not even picky with rice! The shrimp were soaked in a watery sauce (Not even soy sauce). The miso soup smelled and tasted off too. I will never again make the mistake of paying this place.

We went as a party of 10 to celebrate my daughters 19th Birthday. Food was terrible having no taste and being saturated in vegetable oil. Not very sanitary either. Our "chef" used dirty old rags throughout whole process on everything. Raw eggs were being split with bare hands and were never wiped off or cleaned. Our raw was meat all together on this huge platter, which was transported on a movable cart below knee level. Both my son and mother ordered Filet, which it wasn't!! It wasn't differentiated from the other regular steaks. Our reservations were at 6:30 and at 7:45 we finished our meal. Immediately they shut our table down and a women came and said, "Aren't you done? Time to go home?" After spending $400 dollars (with only 2 alcoholic beverages) normally our family likes to relax and talk a bit (which obviously want possible during the chef's preparation). This women was rude and even sent someone over to shut off our table light and to start "cleaning" the grill w/ hot oil and flames, forcing us out. Don't waste your money! Oh, and my husband got the scallops (it's a sushi place too, you would think ok?!) and was sick afterwards!

So this was my last night in Ohio and decided to get some family and friends together for a last supper! With large groups u usually can never go wrong with Hibachi and Fugiyama did not disappoint! The prices of everything were very reasonable. Most of us got steak and seafood. A few got the twin lobster tails. And let's not forget the yummy sushi rolls and sake shots!!! When I come in again from Vegas, I'll be back and I'm sure my local friends and family will be visiting again soon!

I've never had a bad experience here. The food and service is always great. Sushi is fresh and tasty. Chefs at the hibachi are funny and entertaining. We always eat here when we visit the Cleveland area. Great location too. Close to shopping and hotels.
