I have been to this Jersey Mike’s multiple times and the enthusiasm and passion is infectious. Heather, Alivia, Jess, Janaeda are always welcoming and friendly and they have smiles on their faces! I enjoy going to a place where people are happy you are there and want you to have a good experience.
I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s but in my opinion this store has the best customer service and staff that truly care. Hi Highly recommend them! 😊

The Avon store, by far, is my favorite Jersey Mike's location. Taylor Norman, the manager is the reason. He is always working and leading by example and makes others employees better, just by his positive attitude and energy he conveys. If it was my choice, he would train ALL the new managers/supervisors. Thank you again sir for another great experience!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. I placed an order at Jersey Mike’s and they completely messed up the sandwich. When I went back to have it fixed, I was told they refused to remake it and could only issue a refund. Then, when a call was made to follow up, they lied and claimed I never asked for the sandwich to be remade at all.
To make matters worse, the attitude over the phone was terrible right from the start just as it was in person- even the manager showed poor customer service. At one point, during a conversation between employees, I overheard one of them telling the manager to “just put it on speaker.” Completely unprofessional.
They even had the nerve to say, “Oh, he can come back and have it remade, but he’ll have to pay for it.” Seriously?
Mistakes happen—nobody’s perfect—but what matters is how they’re handled. This wasn’t just a messed-up sandwich. That was someone’s dinner, and instead of correcting the issue, they made it worse with rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of accountability.
Sadly, after checking other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t the first time customers have been treated poorly here. That’s such a shame, especially for a location in a community like Avon. It costs nothing to be kind. Do better.
Delicious subs with compositions of sandwiches that everyone will find a favorite. Hot and cold subs. There on par with other gourmet sub places. You won't be disappointed.

We wanted subs for dinner and I was so happy to find that Jersey Mike’s was in Avon! Order was done on time and exactly how we wanted it. My order wasn’t on the pickup shelf when I got there but I was greeted shortly after I walked in and was handed my order. Maybe an additional hello upon walking in would make it seem a bit more welcoming. But it was super clean and order was perfect, that’s the consistency you like to see from a big chain place like this. Will be back!

My girlfriend and I have had numerous bad interactions with the employees at this restaurant. Both one of the female employees and male employees are rude and don’t communicate while taking orders. Will definitely be going to a different Jersey mikes. It’s not hard to be nice to customers. If you hate your job and can’t provide simple kindness to people, you shouldn’t have a job in the service industry.
