Finally tried this location and was very disappointed. We ordered the super special and it was basically a cheese pizza. $24 for a large pizza and you expect to have something on it! Seems this place is horribly ran with no supervision. Hope the .50 cent they saved on toppings is worth losing a customer. Spend your money elsewhere. Delivery guy was nice 😀

Sadly we move the pizza and gave this shop 4 tries to make it right. 1.5 hour late on delivery, 45 mins late on pickup, next was normal, received a survey and 4th try the puzza wasnt even started when I got to the shop 45 mins after order on a 40 min pickup time. Money was refunded and will never order pizza from this shop again.

Bbq wings were 9/10 deep dish pepperoni pizza 7.5/10. Do recommend. A lot of people were complaining about the wait while I was there. My order was done on time if not earlier than expected.

Good pizza with lots of crust options but it's seems to be poorly run and/or poorly trained staff (it's not their fault) in the short amount of time.They've been opened.
Arrived 30 the minutes I was told after I ordered over the phone to pick up. And they couldn't find order and asked me to wait to remake the order.
The time before this , I called the number in google maps , and an automated system routed me to another location without telling me. Pizza was made there. When I arrived to Avon location, they didn't have the order, but made it quickly and the manager said he would call the other location to cancel. He didn't. The other location called me an hour later, asking me if I was picking up the pizza, I said no I was told they would cancel it. He was bummed and confused.

Jets Pizza is one of our favorite pizza places right now. We usually love to find a good local place with solid pizza as a fun go-to place. We previously had one spot that was our absolute favorite but they ended up closing so we had to find a replacement that could compare. Jets has better pizza than most chain pizza restaurants, so it was a good switch. The fact that the staff are always so pleasant really helped as well.

Best pizza out their have to get the turbo crust 100% recommend.
Reasonably priced bought a round and 4 corner pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni it is delicious.

This location is twice as slow as other locations and horribly run. I ordered pickup and I arrived 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time assuming they would be behind. I walked up to the counter and the cashier walked away to cough and sneeze very loudly, then walked back over to the register without washing their hands or using hand sanitizer, took my credit card and handed it back to me with the receipt, but never checked if it was ready. Also, I love when you walk up to a cashier and they don't even say anything...they expect you to do all the work. At least greet people when they walk up.
About 5 other people came in after me while I was still waiting for my pizza. Fifteen minutes later I asked the cashier if my pizza was ready and she looked at me like I had two heads (clearly not feeling well and probably had a fever, most likely getting several other customers and employees sick). I told her the guy who got their pizza 2 people ago ordered theirs after me so mine had to be ready. She finally looked if my pizza was ready and it was on the shelf. I noticed it had been there the entire time I had been waiting for it! So I just waited in a cramped store with 10 other customers and an ill employee for absolutely no reason.
Anyway, I decided to give them another shot tonight and see the option to text my order to save 15%. My text was immediately responded to saying they were no longer taking orders even though they're still open for nearly 3 more hours!
I've ordered from a store in the next town over at least a dozen times and the pizza is always ready on time and I've never had to wait more than a minute or two when picking it up. Whoever runs this Avon location really needs to start over.

Just another pizza place. Nothing stood out as good. Not impressed after hearing good things from other people. Not worth the $50 but it wouldve cost me the same somewhere else so i guess it doesnt matter. The pizza was done fast and i live 15 minutes and was ready bybthe time i got there and was hit when i got home. So that was good.

I think I had the very best jets pizza this last time I picked up. Everything was done perfectly! Tried this location for the second time and it was excellent!
