I work in the area and always am using the app for a take out, they always forget to update the app so when I go into the store my food has been sitting there for how god knows long, and they can’t be bothered to update the app. This has happened several times, i tried to understand at first but it feels like a joke now. Don’t get order for a pickup at jimmy john’s if you you don’t want to wait over an hour for these childish employees!

Went in today and got two sandwiches. The girl at the counter didn't bother to read my order back to me or check anything when I said it. So instead of having pickles on my sandwich I got hot peppers. I'm mildly allergic to the kind they use. If she would have clarified peppers versus pickles, I would have been able to eat my sandwich. Now I'm out 20 bucks. Normally I love this place, but that's because I order online where there's no chance of anyone screwing it up like that. Never going to walk-in order again. Online only.

Shame on the management and ownership of this location. I went to pick up my online order and this poor single employee working all by herself on the evening of the Super Bowl. Absolutely terrible to leave your staff shorthanded on one of the busiest food take out days of the year. Kudos to the employee as she was trying her best.
