Went in today and got two sandwiches. The girl at the counter didn't bother to read my order back to me or check anything when I said it. So instead of having pickles on my sandwich I got hot peppers. I'm mildly allergic to the kind they use. If she would have clarified peppers versus pickles, I would have been able to eat my sandwich. Now I'm out 20 bucks. Normally I love this place, but that's because I order online where there's no chance of anyone screwing it up like that. Never going to walk-in order again. Online only.Vegetarian options: You can get anything or nothing on your sandwiches so make it vegetarian if you want to.Parking: Shares parking with the strip mall.

Placed an order in the app. Went to pick it up but when I entered the store, 4 of the 5 workers were sitting at a table eating and my order hadn't been started! Poor service fellas!

Shame on the management and ownership of this location. I went to pick up my online order and this poor single employee working all by herself on the evening of the Super Bowl. Absolutely terrible to leave your staff shorthanded on one of the busiest food take out days of the year. Kudos to the employee as she was trying her best.

We love Jimmy John's. This one in Avon lives up to the freaking fast rep. Everyone is so fast and friendly. I always love the veggie with the fresh avocado spread. The bread is always so fresh and flavorful. You can ever buy day old bread or fresh bread to take home. This shop is always clean. Quick and easy parking out front.
