It’s just a pleasure to walk in to Kelsey Elizabeth’s! The sweet treats are everything!

KEC is awesome. We have only recently discovered them in the past few months but they're a gem.

We've had their cupcakes -- and they're good. But where they really shine (in my opinion) are in the sugar cookie designs. Having said that, here's a warning: get there early!! Especially on Saturdays -- like before noon.

Otherwise you'll risk the sugar cookies being sold out -- and that's a bummer 😕

Anyway, prices are also reasonable. I haven't actually figured out what they are for cakes vs cookies (nor have I cared that much to try). But in general, we get 4-5 items and it's around $20.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the cake decorating team at the flagship location. I was such a huge fan of KEC before today. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s baptism and spent over 30 min discussing my vision for the cake (white with petals in a light ombré of soft green) & sent inspiration pictures. The cake was decorated in harsh dark colors of teal and green that looks almost black. It looks nothing like what I requested (who would put dark harsh colors on a baptism cake??) I understand decorators take creative liberties and that the cake wouldn’t look exactly like the inspiration picture but please listen to what your customers are requesting, especially when the cakes cost so much. I was too embarrassed to critique it in the store and hoped it would look better at home once I got a better look. After leaving the store KEC refused to redecorate the cake or make a new cake. The “best” they could offer was some store credit. Super bummed that this is the cake we are stuck with for my daughters
big day.

Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes baked our wedding cake and it completely exceeded our expectations in every way! We wanted a special wedding cake inspired by my grandparents' original design, and they not only recreated it beautifully but also added their own artistic touch to make it even more stunning. We got a tasting box beforehand and it made the process both easy and fun as well! The cake came out tasting ever better than we could have imagined!

Their pricing was very reasonable for the level of customization and quality we received. Plus, their customer service was outstanding! We had to pick up the cake a day early due to scheduling, and they were incredibly accommodating and kind about it.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience—thank you, Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes, for making our wedding day even more special!

I don’t know if it’s always available but the Crème Brûlée Jumbo Macaron is amazing. I don’t even like macarons but this thing is must!

Everyone that tried this birthday cake said it was the best cake they have ever tasted. Truly unbelievable. And we also purchased a few pastries while there and all were excellent. Very happy customers and we will come back.

Love splurging on cakes for special occasions and love treating myself on the spontaneous weekend goodies.

We aren’t from Ohio, but whenever we pass through, we stop at Kelsey Elizabeth’s! We get the treat box which gives you variety for a great value. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We tell anyone visiting the area to stop here for a sweet treat!

Bakery good are usually very good, big issue I have is that today my wife called to make sure they had jumbo frosted sugar cookies to which they said yes (we called in advanced because we’re almost 30 mins away). We make the drive and I go to order and am informed that they don’t have any which is incredibly disappointing because we made the drive for that. I’d hope the staff gets better training on knowing what they have on hand and what they don’t.

It’s cute and trendy but….its all toooooo sweet. Also they’re just so expensive, especially for what you end up getting. If you like sickeningly sweet- you may enjoy it. Otherwise, there are other options with better tasting products.

I can't say enough about the amazing staff and sweets at KE flagship. I love all the locations, but this one always has an amazing selection and I love being able to snag a drink with my sweets! Her Christmas display this year really blew me away.
