OMG if you want an amazing steak without mortgaging the house, this is the place to go!!! The food is amazing! And the inside is beautiful and comfortable! We love it here!

Haven't been to longhorn in a while so I thought I'd stop. I wish I didn't. Ordered the burger. Small piece of burnt bacon, drop of burger sauce, top of a tomato with stem, and 3 small pickles. The Mac and cheese is more like Mac and grease. My partner's steak was small and overcooked. I highly recommend the outback or roadhouse over this location, even try Chili's. Their Mac and cheese is great.

Server is always good. The food is the problem here for me. I have yet to have a meal i truly enjoyed at Longhorn. They cook my fiancé's steak incorrectly about 50% of the time. The prices are way too high for the food you receive. Management is also laughable. Our server was apprehensive about telling the manager that we weren't happy with our meal. To me that means that the managers aren't approachable. Save your money and go to Cooper's Hawk instead !

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I've always been a fan of Longhorn and love the Flo's Filet. I've been a patron for years and was excited to find this one in Avon, Ohio. We were seated in a timely manner and the atmosphere was pretty typical for a Longhorn. The service was mediocre, however. Slow and inattentive. But it was the food that really made this Friday night out with my wife a complete disappointment. We ordered the Spinach dip appetizer and it was so salty we could not even eat it. After a few bites, we both felt nauseas. Now I like salt and I've even had to be conscious to put less salt in my diet, but this was so over the top we just couldn't believe it. It was horrible! My filet and fries arrived and I thought that the kitchen was messing with us. The fries were SO SALTY too! Way overseasoned! And the filet was even extra salty! I thought for sure the server told the cook and they decided to punish us for our comments on the appetizer! The filet was cooked to a perfect temperature...but it was so salty that it was not enjoyable at all, and even though I was SO looking forward to those fries soaking up that steak juice, I couldn't eat more than a few and had to just give up. What an AWFUL experience! It ruined date night, we had to drink a LOT of water the rest of the night and it will be very unlikely that we will ever return to that location. Once bitten, twice shy. What a shame to take such a great business model and completely ruin it, particularly at today's higher prices for going out!

Pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service and delicious food. Steaks are cooked to perfection.

Dietary restrictions: Chef will accommodate those who have dairy allergies as does my granddaughter. Long horn takes allergies seriously.

Kid-friendliness: The waitress gave my granddaughter crayons and coloring book to keep her busy until the food came.

Will not be going back to this location… Filet not only came out over cooked, but so did the sirloin that was ordered. Baked potatoes ice cold. Salad was lacking. Had filet, sirloin and potatoes remade and waited 20 more minutes after already waiting at least a half hour for the original plate. Sirloin came back extremely undercooked and had to send back again. Was returned still being undercooked. In no ways was I asking for a discount on the bill but it should’ve been an automatic in the restaurants eyes for the extreme inconvenience of waiting an hour for food to be made properly.

When me and my date arrived they took my number to text when it was my turn 30 minutes later I decided to see what was wrong they never text me they said they had paged me , they sat me at a table and just forgot about us other people saw that we wasn’t getting served so they stopped a waitress and told them to serve us I won’t go back!! And my food was cold when we finally received it my date said she never wanted to go back there . It was like we were invisible, When we finally got service the waitress was nice and told the manager which she apologized and gave 20 percent off the bill.

We did the call ahead seating the longhorn representative was very rude and quick to hang up. She asked basic info then hung up. We called back on our way to the restaurant to try and let them know that it was for a party of 6 not 2. Once we walked it to try and clear up the issue. The representative at the host desk said we'll that's going to be an hour to 1.5 hours. When we went to responsed she just totally ignored us and started talking to someone else.
