I went to this LongHorn in Avon at the beginning of the week. I just wanted to relay my appreciation for the manager there and the staff for going out of their way to fix my steak multiple times. I wasn’t judged or given an attitude for my sensory issues and the management was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I think that had been one the best experiences I’ve had where I wasn’t made to feel bad for bringing up that my food wasn’t made correctly. There was some kind of miscommunication but they went out of their way to remedy that and be accommodating and understanding. Thank you for being kind.
Overall a very pleasant experience and very accommodating to those with Autism or other sensory issues. They could use a few table lights though as it was a bit hard to see in the dining room.

Joshua, Joshua, and rick were the star 🌟 of the show. Reservation were done wrong and they went above and beyond to make the night work for us.
We appreciate you guys the entire staff was awesome and the food was excellent alone with the price. Standing ovation a bonus should be given to every staff member working Sunday 11-16-2025

Just a great place as far as steak house restaurants go. Steaks are very well seasoned and always cooked properly to the temp that you request. I had the salmon and shrimp with rice pilaf and a sweet potato. I know, I know, ordering fish at a steak house? However it was fantastic! Go for the upgrade from 7 oz to 10 oz, believe me because when you're done you'll want more. Our server Madison was a wonderful addition to our experience. A great attitude and fun personality. Thank you LongHorn for a great dinner!
