Unfortunately we got seated immediately but no waitress for an extended period. Got to meet the mgr. Got our drinks after another period of time, then when dinner was service the sides were missing and well it was a tough night on the server's ?Food was excellent though.

My mother and I were in town from Cincinnati for the week for a trip to Cleveland Clinic and stayed nearby. We had a great experience here. The food was excellent and our server was even better. We will come back in future if in area. Thanks!

I decided to go to long horn today with my mom since it is my favorite place to go weekly.When we first enter I was following the hostess to get the table, the floor was super dirty, napkins and pieces of food on the floor and under my table were about 4 napkins so I asked the waiter if can someone clean under the table.We sat down the waitress came after 10 minutes took the order, I asked for 2 glasses of water.she went and brought the bread and butter and there were no silverware in the table, we ate the bread with hands because the waitress disappeared and we still didnt grt the water. After 10 minutes she appeared with the salad and we still didn't get the silverware. I asked for silverware and paper napkins, she said of course and she disappeared again and we still didn't get the water.Total.time was 25 minutes I called her and asked her to cancel the order.I'm very disappointed with this service and the management at this branch.I'm a loyal customer to long horn but j was really disappointed.

on a friday night it was jammed packed and super loud in there. we had a party of 6 and was only able to talk to the person sitting next to each other.
Great experience. Food was hot delicious and exactly as ordered. Quick return from ordering to food delivery out of kitchen. Excellent waitress and easy self checkouts using your phone and scanning app. Recommend eating here, you won't be disappointed.
Never did find out who our server was. The first person that came to our table to our drink order and told us that someone else would be coming to take our order. 15 minutes later still was no drink we flagged someone down to ask who are waiter or waitress was. Then someone came to our cable with the wrong place and told us he'd be right back to tell us what was going on. After we finally got drinks we were already ready to order and the waitress just walked away before we could even sleep. This was actually on Valentine's Day. There's absolutely no way to get in and the restaurant wasn't busy. There were many empty tables. The food was great but I probably won't go back because the service absolutely sucks. My boyfriend was very upset as well. Kind of ruined the whole mood

I'm very pleasantly surprised by our experience here. I have not been to a chain Steak Restaurant in quite some time. It was very busy. We waited a half an hour but it wasn't a bad experience. Our food was exceptional, Onion petal app & NY Strip steak and Salmon entrees. My steak was very good. Tasted great and cooked perfectly. The whole experience was great especially with our outstanding server Savanah, who was top notch our entire meal. Very well done!! I will gladly be visiting again. Great job! Keep up the good work.

We are first-time visitors from Canada. No wait time, friendly welcome, and excellent service by Angela. We ordered French Onion Soup and Shrimp and Lobster Chowder, The Longhorn and Outlaw Ribeye, Cesar, and Mixed Vegetables Salad. Every item is very delicious, and steaks are grilled to perfection.All this at a very reasonable price.Highly recommended!
