Nice venue with a cool atmosphere. Attended my grandson's birthday party here. The party hostess was super friendly and very helpful. Spent time bowling and enjoying arcade games. Can't attest to the food since there are no vegan options. However, guests at our party seemed to enjoy the food!

My kids love this place. Food is good, and a good price as well. We've been there 5 times this year, and number 6 isn't far away.

The food was good. Prices were moderate. My major complaint is that I went here during the Ohio sales tax holiday week and they still charged sales tax. I find this to be unacceptable for a company of this size and sophistication. The bowling was probably the best part of this establishment. Altho the bowling alley TVs were glitchy and pixelating to the point of being unwatchable. The laser tag was kind of lame and boring compared to others. The ropes course was fine except for the excessive rules and annoying baby sitter that watched your every move.

We recently visited this location. The bowling lanes are NOT OILED!!!!!!!! And they are very beat up. Seems like they stopped caring about the bowling lanes years ago. I usually have an average score of around 160-180. YOU STRUGGLE TO GET OVER 100 AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! AND TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!!!! we complained and told them we want all our money back to go to a real bowling alley where they take care of their lanes and equipment and actually oil their lanes. The staff says they can only issue partial refund! (fyi: we bought those summer passes for unlimited bowling) The staff was also very rude and lazy! They probably had 6 people behind the main desk and none of them offered to help us! we had to go up to thr desk and ask them to help us!!!!! And none of them were doing anything except chatting it up! I honestly don't know how any of this is acceptable. If I were in management, I would fire all of the staff here and find new employees. AND I would get new bowling lanes/oil them more often because they very clearly haven't oiled them in weeks. Overall, this place sucks and we will never go back. they need to learn from Brunswick bowling and Dave and busters. these places beat them in every category.

I don’t know why we keep giving this place another try. The service is usually HORRIBLE! If they were slammed, I get it. But when we come on a week night and are the ONLY people bowling and complete playing without any service in sight… I’ll buy our meals and drinks else where, not going to the bar then looking like a bully because I refuse to tip.

Had a company outing there, company had 4 hour game cards. With over 90 mins left on my 4 hour game card, the whole place shut everything down, no warning and we're forced to leave. There was nothing posted on what time it ended. Completely unprofessional. I will never go back to main event.

Had reservations for an entire kids party for 3pm. We were told that someone else rented the entire building until 3pm but they decided to stay an extra hour till 4pm and because they were paying a lot of money our reservation was no longer being honored. They did not tell us until we arrived that our reservation was canceled in fact they sent a text message that morning letting us know our reservation was coming up.

I recently visited this location with my family. My niece has Celiac's disease, and to make sure she would have something to eat I called ahead. I was told no outside food was allowed no matter what and if they could not "service my needs" than I should not come there.
I decided to get more clarification, and a very nice woman named Jessica told me that the only exception to not outside food or beverage is a pre-booked birthday party. In this case, if the food is a portion only for the person needing it, and it's in a sealed container, its fine. Cakes and Cupcakes are also allowed.
Now I realize that if you don't have anything she can eat, that is not our problem, and we should go somewhere else. But when we would still like to patronize the business and are looking for one small accommodation, especially when that accommodation is covered by the American with Disabilities Act, I think it can be handled much better by the staff. To be clear, the request was a sealed sandwich for her to eat at the table while we had lunch.

Family and I have given this place several chances but each time it just gets worst. Group of 12 celebrating a bday and it was the worst experience I've had at a business. We didn't get chance to order more drinks nor dessert. They lost hundreds of dollars in business tonight with us.... Stay away if you plan on attending with large group.

When compared to Dave & Busters (which is just a few miles away) the number of games to play doesn’t compare. I felt the selection of games was subpar for what you pay. FYI if you want to take you kids to play laser tag…they have to be 48” or they can’t play.
