Had the Smash Burger Tacos and the Fried Pickle Chips. Jeneviev took great care of us at the bar and at the bowling lanes. The place was a bit smaller than Dave and Busters, but there was a lot to do and it was very clean. Bowling, Laser Tag, and Air Hockey were fun.

Main Event isn’t what it used to be. The food is still great. But the game selection isn’t as fun. Also the bowling seems to always have problems. Previously while I was there the lanes broke. While we were there this time the power went out in the whole facility. It’s a good option for indoor activities but I think they need to upgrade some things.

Came for a corporate event and the staff was attentive and helpful. Didn't get to try enough of the activities but the bowling and laser tag seemed to be hits. Bar had a nice selection and the arcade was a good time.

Great place to have some family fun . The food was pretty good , and drinks were nice but don't expect a heavy pour due to the family environment. We went on a Sunday wait wasn't bad at all, but the bartender was handling the bar ,and the section of tables so it took her time to come back around . Good wings they made em crispy the right way , and smash burger tacos excellent. Staff was super nice !

Half of the machine broken, two machines took tokens without allowing my daughter to play. Lots of other machines say coming soon which actually means it’s out of service. Also, upon checking my bank statement I can see I was double charged the amount I agreed to pay. Not sure if the staff added a tip because I remember signing the receipt. I will never go here again, very disappointed and I feel scammed. It’s a great treat to take my children for an activity. I have three children and took my middle child for her own night of fun. Thanks for the memories main event, had a birthday party here a few years ago and I have to say it’s gone way downhill since then.

honestly from the second we walked in i disappointed. we got sat as a party of 11 through the host, it took 20+ minutes to get a server, but we had to approach the bar to ask for one. who then informed us they forgot about us. we then ordered drinks and apps. 15 minutes to get our drinks. apps came out wrong. they fixed. we finally ordered food after sitting there for over an hour. i asked about vegetarian options. and he recommended a burger with no bun….. no explanation really needed for that. they forgot two people’s entrees entirely. so we then waited an additional 20 minutes for their food. we told our server how checks were split as soon as we sat down. we ordered by checks. and told him when the last person from that check ordered. he still managed to missplit the checks twice. then forgot to bring one of them over so we waited even longer to get the final check. the manager came to the table with a different server. he was scrolling on her phone looking at pictures while talking to us. and he had an alcoholic beverage he was drinking while talking to us. well he barely talked to us. really dropped checks while on the phone drinking and left. end of food service. let’s talk about the games. we went to the front desk to get wristbands and game cards. explained we never been here before and would like an explanation of how to go about it. the lady said ok and never said anything. so we just got wristbands assuming everything was included. that’s not accurate. we then just paid for the individual attractions we wanted to do. and purchased game cards separately. went to go play games. first two games we attempted were broken and just ate the chips. i went to the front to tell the same lady the issue. she cut me off and said she would replace my chips. i said okay. can you still go fix the game. we would still like to play it. someone put all the basketballs in one game so it was jammed. easy fix. but she was just so rude and unhelpful and unprofessional the whole time. as we’re getting ready to leave after 3-4 hours of being there from the second we walked in. the server approached two people from the party telling them they forgot to charge them for two things and they needed to pay. they pulled their recipes out. and they were paid for. except for a queso. but at that point. that was your fault. and it’s been two hours. chalk it. we could’ve been gone at that point. to end this review. i’ll just say this was an absolutely terrible experience. and we will never return. train your employees. and do better.

Sad to say the quality of this place has gone waaaaaay down. It’s only getting 3 stars because of the concept of the place, everything else was bad. The staff is rude and acts like they don’t have eyes and can’t see you standing right in front of them. Everyone has attitude and makes you feel inconvenienced. Service is slow, I will say the strawberry marg was good though.

So I was a first time vendor delivering here walking threw the kitchen I walked out through the game area to check it out been wanting to bring my wife and kids here to eat and play games but unfortunately I noticed a cook handling the food without gloves on handling finger food without gloves on putting on a plate then they signed my hand held device before I left,.. Not so sure I want my family eating their now knowing I seen this as a vender delivering.... so I give it 1 star right now. I will be delivering here in the future hopefully I see changes and changes my mind about eating here as of now no way. Thanks
We paid for unlimited and we were not able to renew to bowl , we paid over $600 dollars and it was the wrong customer service no stars

Grandsons birthday party, very unorganized. They try to be organized but just didn't happen. To many mishaps to mention bottom line is its alot of money for a party and it wasn't worth it. Won't be having another there.
