Came here for my son’s 6th birthday & was truly disappointed. We have been doing laser tag since he was 3-4 years old & this was the first time place we ever couldn’t play laser tag. Also said they had lots of attractions like mini golf online and they did not so all my 6 year old could do it play arcade games & bowl. Overall would not recommend! Worst indoor attraction experience.

I went here last week and we usually have a great time but this time I won 366 tickets for my 4 year old son and some boy who worked at the ticket place never gave me my card back which I was unaware I needed it to buy anything I thought I just needed the receipt he printed off so I picked out all my items for the girl to tell me I have to go get a new card I went and got one and came back for the items but when she swiped the card she said it had one credit! So I’m assuming the boy working the counter stole my tickets but it was just a big waste of my time and money I probably will not return! Especially because everybody was acting clueless and like I was the problem but I guess next time I know

I had my son's birthday party here and everything about it was awesome! I have had birthdays at other places, but nothing compares to this. The hosts we had for the party was friendly and helpful. Bowling and games were fun. They went out of their way to make the birthday boy feel special. I would highly recommend it.

This review is about the dessert only. I ordered the Oreo Mason Jar Cheesecake and it was lacking. The flavor was decent, but the jar was half full (as opposed to the photo ad which showed it completely full). I took it up to the counter and asked about the size and was assured this is the size it comes as. I ate the whole thing in 4 normal bites. $5 is excessive for something like this.

My niece rented a table for a party for her 11yr old son instead of simply informing us the time was up and asking us to move they just grabbed everything and shoved it in a cabinet. Then when my brother in law and sister were complaining to whoever the manager was she insults my brother in law? Is this the type of training you give your people? Insult individuals that are already upset? The entire experience was ruined by the manager and waitress because of there Inability to handle a situation as simple as this." unfortunately You guys are out of time in the party center. However we have plenty of open tables that we can move you to." Have the tables you're moving everyone to cleaned off" But no instead double down on your unprofessional nasty positionBest of luck, with people like you have running this place it will be bankrupt soon.We always wondered why that place never looks too busy. Don't wonder anymore.
