5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Incredible Food!
I had an outstanding experience at McListers Restaurant on June 24th 2025. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening
The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that quality and care go into every plate. Whether you’re craving something hearty or looking for gourmet flavors, McListers delivers on all fronts.
A special mention goes to the manager, who was visible, hands-on, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. There was a mis communication on the order, he checked with me and delivered food with utmost care. Manager checked in with me personally and ensured everything was perfect. It’s rare to see such a well-run place where the leadership clearly inspires the whole team.
Highly recommend McListers for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

Food - gross…my bread on my sandwich was soggy!!! Like how and why would you serve that to a customer!?!?!
Service - The cashier was very aloof and acted as if I was bothering her. No welcome, no thank you, nothing!!!

Horrific maintenance. Both bathrooms are badly broken and one of them has a toilet that doesn’t even flush. Really weird watching an employee coming out of there to return to make food.

This is a good deli. The portions aren't consistent as I've had both small and large amounts of meat on the same sandwich on different visits. Overall, I would visit again as long as quality and portion size don't suffer.

Everything was good except there was hardly any meat in sandwich to warrant calling it a "deli" sandwich. For 14.00 that is sad. I talked to Monte, the Manager and he made me another half roast sandwich the way it should and I was happy. Unfortunately, after asking Monte, the portion I originally received is the norm so after finding that out, I will not be coming back for a "deli" sandwich...Monte gets 5 stars for the great service. McAlister's is a nice drive through or dine in restaurant deli. They do not offer a selection like a regular "deli". It is more of a deli style restaurant selection. The food is good and the staff and kind and customer service oriented. Reasonably priced. Recommend
Vegetarian options: There is a whole section of good salads and baked potatoes that can be made vegetarian.
Always enjoy the great food selections and a fresh cup of half tea half lemonade.

Took my family to grab a quick dinner option. Tried McAlister's after a long of work and we were so happy we did. The service (Kenny and Alexis) was top notch, they were very patient and friendly which seems to be rare these days at other places. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I highly recommend this location.
