Zero stars. I was the only person there and it took a lifetime to make 1 cheese burger. The girl at the window seemed to purposefully keep her back towards me. She then opened it to ask if I ordered a cheese burger i said yah, and how long? She either didnt hear me or purposely ignored me and closed the window. I was truly about to drive away and count my loss. Still took a load more time. Do not think you will get fast food as another time I left the line as well. Not worth it!! I don't see myself ever coming back which is fine bc I next to never eat mcdonald's as it's disgusting fake food anyways.

Food was good, took a little while for them to bring our food to the table. The frustration came during ordering I tried to use the code for a discounted happy meal and it said the code was invalid, there was nothing they could do to help me, oh well it’s only 1.50 off

Kiosks wouldn’t let us check in and earn/redeem points. My son’s fries and nuggets were cold. My crispy strips were not crisp or warm. They were rubbery and gross. Employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Men’s restroom was a mess. Looked like Pig Pen from Peanuts was in there washing his hands. Dirty and muddy sinks.

Consistently the worst McDonald's on the west side. I was waiting on my water at the drive-thru and one of the employees said he was going to quote take his ass on break, and then walked away. The manager called him on language but didn't think to see to it to help me out.

Rude employee in drive thru pay window at night. They make you sit and wait even if no one is ahead of you and take an attitude. They are careless with dietary restrictions. I recently reported them to corporate, as the owners obviously don't care.

This place has been awful, idk why I go back. Get there at 6:10am (they open at 6) and they aren't ready for customers they say on loud speaker. Next day I wait till 6:15, :we aren't open yet". Finally start going at 620, and my burritos are Rock hard!! There is no way it was made that day. If I wasn't already running late having to wait 10 min for my food when I am the Only person in the drive thru! Guess that's why they don't have anyone in the morning go there, because of this bs.
