Sarah in the bakery is an absolute angel! I had placed an order for a cake and the pickup date was written down wrong (no one’s fault, just some miscommunication!) and Sarah did everything she could to get 2 cakes ready for me asap. These cakes were for my niece’s 1st birthday, one large cake and one smash cake. They’re perfect and I’m so thankful for her!! Give my girl a raise!!

Someone is doing a terrible job labeling the isles. Major product types are missing from the isles or in the wrong isle. They have an entire half an isle of coffee but there's no sign. I've wasted half my shopping trip looking down every isle because they're labeled so poorly.

Constant order pickup mishaps. I was also double charged for an order and they STILL have not refunded my money after a week. No one from customer service calls back. They just say they’ll escalate it and then radio silence. I’m disgusted.

While shopping here you are treated like a criminal. Forced to use self check out. I usually don't mind. I was stopped 5 times and the employee had to watch the video of me not stealing. After the second time she hovered over me like a hawk. Uncomfortably close. I understand loss prevention and I would never steal. But I am writing this honest review to tell you their policy treated me like a criminal. The lady should have just scanned me out if I couldn't be trusted. It was aweful...

Much better than Giant Eagle. Better selection on food and especially pet supplies. Only gripe is this store is always hot. Summer, winter, always leave the store hot, but worth it for the availability of things I need. Very clean as well!
