Quality of the food was low. Tasted very commercial, like processed food. Waiter was attentive and atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

First, they gave me coffee when I asked for sweet tea. Then when I received the tea it was not sweetened like I asked for. The server was great, but the food was over cooked. How do you overcook chicken tenders ? Also, my fries were extra salty… Last, the chicken tenders were mainly hard skin. Why did I have to search for the chicken?..

I went here for lunch with family including a small child. We had a fantastic lunch! Food was delicious and our server was extremely friendly. We were seated immediately and didn’t wait very long for our food.

Decided to visit this location after a few disappointing experiences. We saw they had a new menu and came to try it out. Tried the new wrap option and it was very good and crispy. The staff was kind and the service was quick. Excited to come back!

Came in from out of town, found this gem near my hotel. Had two amazing meals. Great food, lots of interesting and tasty vegetarian options. Really cool atmosphere. Great beer list. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tasty food, good service! We had the mac n cheesebites as an app, very good. I was tempted to try the $6 Kindergarten special today but I keep hearing about this War Pig sandwich & had to try it out. Did not disappoint. My partner had the Cuban & he said it was really good. Recommend!

Food was pretty good, but a little bit pricey for grilled cheese sandwiches!! On the other hand, they give you A LOT food for the price. I would probably order from there again. The floor was VERY sticky walking through the restaurant, so that wasn't impressive to me. I thought it was rather gross (the floor, NOT the food!!) ?

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but at some point i regrettably feel compelled.Love the place, the vibe the concept and, of course, the food. However for the past 4 times I order the take-out, something is always missing from the item I order. For the past 3 times, my salad is missing ingredients. Today, I anecdotally iterated this to the person upon ordering via phone. To her credit, she went the extra step to make sure my order has all the ingredients it’s supposed to have. She even came out and reassured me. Confident as ever, I pickup my food and go home. Result? Missing dressing for my salad. I am both livid and sort of entertained.Like I said, I am not the type to complain and bash. It takes A-LOT to force my hand and leave a negative review, especially for the establishment that truly serves delicious menu. But 4 times - a constructive criticism is just warranted. Please do better guys. This is a great joint in our town.

Created my own "kindergarten" sandwich with ham and cheese. Sandwich was tasty, however, very greasy. Homemade chips did not meet my expectation. My own error in disappointment as I was looking for quick and inexpensive lunch. It was neither.

Had the meatloaf melt. Meatloaf was bland. Certainly could use more flavorful seasonings. The creamy coleslaw had jalapenos in it. Sweet coleslaw had hot red pepper flakes. Hot spicy not my thing these days.

Vegetarian options: Lots available

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

Staff is amazing, so friendly and accomodating. Everything else was just alright, kinda too expensive for the caliber of food, and way too noisy. My daughter is vegan, and they have a lot of vegan versions of things plus very good tofu wings, so I am sure we will be back, but for the cost I feel like it could Wow! me a little more.

Vegetarian options: Vegan versions of things are available; vegan cheese, ranch dressing, seitain, tofu wings, etc...

Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews and it being featured on a few shows, but my first time at MELT will probably be my last. After waiting for almost an hour for our food, I was quite disappointed with my mac and cheese. It was a flavorless glop of overcooked noodles that I almost needed a knife to cut through. Service was slow despite the place being almost empty for the lunch hour. My husband got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese, which looked good, but I don't suggest unless you REALLY like blue cheese. It really overwhelmed the taste of the sandwich. On the plus side, the fries were good, and the portions were large.

Melt is where I go when I want a Monte Cristo. This sandwich is delicious, but their other foods are great too. Service is always awesome & the decor is incredible. I love reading all the old memorabilia on the walls.

The meals were just amazing. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, my wife American cheese burger, my daughter had the Monte Cristo sandwich and my son in law had the cowabunga sandwich. I also got some samples of their ciders and found one a just loved. You will find many choices on the menu. Restrooms were well kept. Good cleaniless through out the restaurant. This is my second time eating at this location and I am always very pleased with the food and drinks, as well as the price for the meals.
