I placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home I discoverd my order was wrong. Drove all the back to my Moe's locations with orginal receipt that had my order on it. The lady looked at my order and saw the mistake that I DID NOT order any Queso on my nachoes. The lady than looked at me and asked me why I didn't want Queso on my Nachoes. I told her if I did want queso on my nachoes I would have never drove back up here to complain about it as I do not even like queso. I would think the manager that was there and saw this SHOULD have offered me a free small drink or somethng for the inconvience of having to waste my time and gas driving all the back there to correct my order but nothing was ever offered except for them to tell me sorry. :( Not a good look for the manager as she or someone else there should have done more than say sorry for my inconvience and time wasted having to drive back there to correct their mistake. BTW, In my past life I worked as a manager at a fast food place and when mistakes happened to our customers I would always ask them what I could do to make up for it as well as offer them a choice of a free food item, a drink or gift card to show them how sorry we were for any mistakes we might have caused. Please do better to treat your customers right when mistakes our made besides saying just sorry.

online it says they close at 9 we show up a couple minutes before 8:30 door is unlocked so we walk in just for them to say with a nasty attitude “oh we closed at 8:30” fix your website and fix your attitude with customers. we were there even before 8:30 and they refused to serve us or acknowledge us. very rude. oh and if you’re closed lock the damn door.

Food safety issue one of the workers was just sitting on their phone. No problem with that but they were wearing gloves and not changing them.

Rude worker, not very welcoming or helpful. This location is no longer how I remembered it. The food quality is down and the restaurant was dirty. The food was edible but just doesn't hit the spot the same way.

We ordered from them for our band camp and they were incredible! Everyone I talked to on the phone was so helpful, and when our food was delivered they set it up for us! George delivered and set up our food, and he truly slayed the day away! Thank you Moe’s!

OMG!!! Love it I went to the Moe's in Avon because it's no longer a Moe's in N.Olmsted on Brookpark. ? We always get the Quesadilla, and they give you generous portions. The food is fresh and prepared just the way you want it I've never had a bad meal there. It's the BEST quesadilla in town!!! You also get chips with salsa at no extra charge.?

Being elderly, i had trouble with ordering and deciding what i was able to eat and not to eat because of health reasons. The young lady who i believe had dark hair and glasses went through every item for me and described it perfectly with an amazing and positive attitude! I also don't think they charged me for when my burrito wrap broke and they put an extra one around it! I am definitely coming back again!
Kid-friendliness: Saw them speaking kindly and amazing to the younger kids ahead of me! Making people smile and laugh is something that is important in a business like this.
