All the ingredients/toppings available looked old and the meats were so dry and overcooked. This is our first time here in months and everything looked gross.. Obviously management issues. We used to love this location. Even the chips tastes stale. Shame on them for serving such poor quality food. The Moe”s on Mayfield is so much better!

It's similar to Chipotle but offers a wider range of options for customizing your burrito or bowl. The rice and chicken were particularly flavorful and had a delightful hint of spice.The staff was incredibly helpful, answering my first-time questions and suggesting some must-try items. They offer five signature sauces, and my personal favorite was the chipotle. The ambience is comparable to Chipotle, but the prices seem slightly higher. However, I believe the quality and quantity of food justify the cost. One bowl is easily enough for two people to share.If you're looking for an alternative to Chipotle, Moe's Southwest Grill is definitely worth trying. The food is gross and salty. Did not enjoy at all. Chipolte is way better , they have flavorful chicken and way better choices of salsa and queso, Will never eat at Moe's again!!! Way too pricey as well.

The food isn't bad but it's now been the 3rd time I've ordered a homewrecker bowl priced on their board at 10.99 and getting charged 12.99 which isn't a lot of more money but it adds up. If the prices changed that's fine but don't make it misleading.

The staff was super courteous and helpful. One employee in particular went out of his way to increase the quality of my wife's burrito by grabbing extra sauteed onions when he realized the fajita mix didn't have enough. The team made the food quickly yet was thorough and efficient. Then the food itself was delicious. Overall a great experience!
